Madam, if student is CBSE and NRI , Then while registering for new user, should we choose ‘CBSE outside Karnataka’ or ‘Others (outside Karnataka/India)’ ? Please clarify

Maam i am filling this to only take part in counselling for pvt colleges .... so when i select "No" on "if you wish to take the CET exam it then asks for which courses i want to take part in couselling and there is an option for 'Apply' but when i click on it says "choose the langue for question paper" but i dont see any option to choose from. Please help. I have been trying to fill the form for 2 days now.
Brother same Issue when I click no cet and proceed for payment infront my application number and amount is not visible and when I click pay it just redirects me to the same page , But when I click yes to cet exam everything becomes visible and payment also can proceeded what to do I don't know😢😢 , Please let me know if you got the solution 🙏
