Never seen your videos before this one and I have to say: this video is one big pile of awesome. So motivational, encouraging and just great all-around. Big 10/10! Well done :)
Awesome teamwork to achieve a goal. A variety of skills makes a team. Better safe than in a cast. Cycling is as much a mental game as a physical one. The quality of the camera work sets Eric and Yuka above the rest. Two thumbs up!
@@VanGirlYuka yes they do get steeper but there is tons more features on the many trails. The real Baseline package is the community vibe with a sick day of epic trails going non stop ❤
Amazing video and take Yuka! Stoked you are eric slayed the stunts on Bearded and all the steeps! Thank you for making the trip out to enjoy the BMTBC trail system! Next time send Baseline or myself a message and we will make sure we hook you up with badass guides with shuttle trucks. Build the STOKE and Bury the hate. 💯❤🙏
Some steep parts were very very gnarly! and other double black trails looked literally straight down the mountain😂I can't imagine how steep they would be! Thank you for the great mtb trails
@@VanGirlYuka like all riding areas there's quite a bit of variety of you know the area. I ride with my young family at Baseline regularly and there is something for everyone.
A Japanese samurai warrior climbing up the mountain…. Ha ha love it Yuka. Well done with taking on the mountain! Team work is key, taking charge and going first is inspirational for everyone and all that is following! The fear of the unknown gets the blood pumping and the rush is worth it! 🤙🏻
Taking charge and facing unknown isn't easy! Thanks to Eric and Antoine for doing that for a long time but it surely gives me different kind of excitement😁
I love seeing you get better! My friend and I love watching your videos. That's what got us out to finally try riding in the Colorado resorts. Such a blast! Continue to do your best! 頑張って!
Loved how you support and work together to get through trails. I've found it makes relationships so much stronger when you have to have confidence and trust on each other to get through tough trails.
I wish I had someone to lead me on some of the gap jumps/drops at my local MTB parks. It’s weird. Some I can do no problem and do so weekly. Others not so much… need someone to tow me in. I really like how you guys help each other.
This was straight up super inspiring and such an awesome example of paying of each other's strengths! Love it and seven though I follow way to many mtb channels I couldn't help but subscribe to you too Yuka. Maybe you mostly were joking about being a samurai, but you definitely have a warriors heart (in a good way) 💛
Well, if you've been riding your brakes down, you don't want to put a hot rotor down in dry grass or moss. That would be a good way to start a forest fire.
Brother I think you need to relax a little bit more and have faith in your momentum you clarify if you’re not gonna drive straight down you’re going to go with the flow
I just figured out why I like these videos so much. I'm very similar to Yuka, and my wife is very similar to Eric. Yuka, do you guys have multiple bikes? I mean, is the bike Eric is on here the same he uses for endoros, or on pro-lines like A-Line or Dirt Merchant at Whislter? I'm still trying to wrap my head around the sport, and it doesn't help that I'll be looking mainly at trail bikes, as I'm a good couple hours from the nearest bike park. Do you guys ride big downhill bikes all the time, or something a bit lighter?

It's a good think Eric and I have totally different approach on trails😊
I have been watching Eric's videos for a long time but really like hearing your perspective Yuka, you two are an amazing team.
Thank you for coming to my channel😘
If you loved our trails make sure to grab a Baseline Mountain Biking Club Membership so we continue to build more sweet features!
That was wonderful watching the two of you work together as a team to accomplish your goals. It shows how much you really care about each other.
You guys got to come out again experience the real baseline package. So much good riding and such a good crew of dedicated shredders.
Heck yeah Mac fully agree with you on this!
Are the real baseline package trails even steeper? Because those trails almost killed us already🤣

That Bearded Lady gap jump was awesome. I really appreciate your careful approach and can totally relate. It’s very realistic
We aren't pros! we need to be careful😘
Such a good breakdown -really appreciate the psychological aspect you put in the narrative. That was some nice riding! 👍
Killin it Yuka! You cleared those first gaps better than Eric and without a tow! The narration is great! Entertaining and interesting.
I love it guys to see how you compliment and help each other while riding the trails. Take care and Gob bless you.
It's not always like😂 We're progressing in many way!
I've watched bcpov but this is my first vangirl watch. Love it! Baseline is my home trail network and its so cool you guys checked it out!

Trust between teammate or how we communicate really effects how we ride. Too bad it’s not always perfect ride like this…
Awesome work Yuka!!
If you guys go to moose mountain in southern Alberta you should try the new jump line.
Flight 66? The top senction was really big! and steep lips!
its so cool that you guys help each other out on the features
I don't think I can do any of those features if I was alone!

Great video Yuka. You are who I aspire to be as a rider. your mental fortitude is insane! keep shredding

Wow Yuka, that was badass :)
Wow congrats, even I haven't done the gap yet and I've rode the rest of the mountain! :D
Try to go over the stump on the corner! You can carry more speed😁

do you have your brakes set up japanese or north american style (front vs rear, right vs left)?
North American style! The left is front and the right is rear
Yuka as usual better than most of us 🤣😂
Nice.
Separate question - is there any story that might be interesting behind the expression "hi touch"?
I think "hi-five" is "hi-touch" in Japanese!

I hope you guys Cary bear spray where you go it can get gnarly with bears and other animals
I don't want to see a grizzly for sure😱

What does “ooyakusha” mean?
