  • Meet Susan Cosgrove-a single Toronto mom to three children, including Liam and Phoenix who have autism. “I call us the travelling circus,” Susan says. “We’re a commotion. Everywhere we go, noise follows us, and chaos follows us. And we definitely tend to be the centre of attention wherever we are. Autism is an invisible disability. So, when people look at the boys, they don’t immediately see autism.” Watch how Susan balances the needs of her boys and daughter Kaya with the help of her mother Rosie. Susan also offers advice to other parents who’ve received a diagnosis of autism for their child.

You are an amazing example! Thank you, I love your positive attitude. I love that you don't consider yourself a victim with the difficult life that you have. I'm a single mother with an autistic child and another with ADHD. XOXO

Yes thank you for saying it!!! it is a invisible disability. no two people with autism is the same that's why it's a spectrum disorder! !! thank you for getting this out there. I have high functioning autism and sometimes people upset me by saying "you don't look autistic" well sorry but "they dont look ignorant" :) I love this video thank you again
