‘If you don’t know, vote No’: Michaelia Cash on Voice referendum

- Shadow Employment and Workplace Relations Minister Michaelia Cash says Australians who “don’t know” anything about the Voice to Parliament should vote No.
“Why? Because it’s risky, it’s unknown, it’s divisive, and it’s permanent,” she told Sky News Australia.
“If you don’t know, vote No.”
I'm with Mich on this one. VOtiNG NO
Yes. Vote NO to social parasites, bludgers and redneck racists.
Unite Australia. Vote no. Raced based legislation has never worked anywhere
Raved based legislation has been in our constitution from the start.

I’m voting yes 😊😊😊
Why listen to this woman? She’s a mad person.
Also this campaign idea of “if you don’t know, vote no.” Is insanely and epically patronising.
She’s playing to the masses thinking we’re all stupid. So… “oh ummm ok I guess I’ll vote no”
You’re comment starts with unite Australia. I hope you learn what that means.
Also I just want to add, just cos I can’t believe this woman is a politician. Remember when she threatened the idea of moving to greener energy would mean “tomorrow we’ll have thousands of utes stranded on the highways”
How fucking dumb does she think we are?
Or how insanely corrupt is she?

I’m voting NO.
So many people are going to vote NO, and then stroll around pretending they love it at the coffee shop out of fear. The result is going to be an overwhelming no, it won't even be close.

I hope so mate. I hope this fails so bad that it makes albo cry. My worry is for the younger generation who will vote with their feelings rather than actually knowing what’s going on. They’re so easily brainwashed with what’s being put out on the internet/tiktok and all that all bull crap. Personally, I’m honestly scared what will happen if this gets votes through. I feel like nothing will come good from it and all it will mean is us white folk will be paying more and more in compensation to indigenous groups..Iike they don’t have enough. Please don't make any attempt to inform yourself .... just vote NO!
The way I see it is if they say it is permanent but later change coarse and either add or take away changes means they shouldn't either. But anytime unions are involved vote NO because they only take fees from each person and does nothing to help them, including raises. They like to say they fight for the person but they only use politics ethics
Another Sky News lost cause. Have a wonderful losing Referendum. 😮😊😂
Name one thing that the Labour Government cannot do now, that it will be able to do if "The Voice" constitutional change is sucessful.
Great slogan:
"If you don't know
vote NO."
And:
" If in doubt vote No and throw it OUT"!

The Voice is exclusive and race based, and has no place in a modern democratic, representative political system.
The Voice fails to represent all Australians.
The Voice will embody structural racism.
The Voice will serve as structural racism.
In the constitution, all Australians should have the same rights and should share the same responsibilities.
Race has no place in the Australian constitution.
(to be clear I, as most Australians would be more than happy to include the many, hundreds of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander groups, each with their own culture, language, beliefs and practices in Australia’s constitutional preamble it’s appropriate, true, and it’s important. It is of such importance that accuracy is almost equally meaningful. We as a nation need to take this important step towards harmony and recognition accurately and correctly, the fabrication of a ‘First Nation’ should not be included.
To enter the true state of Australia’s history is as important as including the many, hundreds of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander groups, each with their own culture, language, beliefs and practices with our nation's constitution.
We believe that all 26 million Australians are equal and they have an equal voice through the 227 voices in that parliament through the House of Representatives or through the Senate.
The echo chamber that has created ‘The Voice’ in its current form needs to take a long hard look at themselves; and their shameful, unjust, and discriminatory doctrine of critical race theory.
And instead of pronouncing: racism, discrimination, unfairness, and bigotry upon any Australians who stand against ‘The Voice’ in its current form. They should examine the structural racism they intend to widen and inflate with the same furious incrimination.
explain to me how this is not discrimatory, if this was the other way around we would not hear the end of it from aboriginals.
If you don't know, google it, educate yourself, and make your own decision.

It’s the old bait and switch
Aust Gov will rally support through allied corporate groups, funded agencies and sporting entities etc.
Aust Gov will leverage guilt with Aussie’s 'fair' reparation and ‘win’ the yes vote, then make permanent and binding amendments to the constitution.
Aust Gov will ‘treaty’ with the elite group (first Australians) they have positioned as ‘the owners’ over land title ownership (Allodial title).
Aust Gov will temporarily apportion increased ownership, empowerment and revenue to this already adequately represented, overly provisioned and poorly administered minority.
Aust Gov will erode and expropriate allodial title and re-designate the land title from ‘native ownership’ into Australia’s corporate arm of the Global network.
Aust Gov will digitise the $AUD.
Vote NO.
Stronger together. 🇦🇺💯%

Over the last decade, the Productivity Commission’s Indigenous Expenditure Reports (IER) have consistently shown that total Commonwealth, state and territory government per capita expenditure on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is approximately double the per capita expenditure on non-Indigenous Australians. The Australian Government DIRECTLY SPENDS around 1.5 times as much on Indigenous people on a per-capita basis, or 1.64 times as much if indirect spending (via transfers to the states and territories) is included (calculation based on IER 2017 supplementary data tables). In 2015, 16, the Australian Government directly spent $14.7 billion on Indigenous people, of which 77 per cent ($11.3 billion) was through mainstream programs such as Medicare, social security payments, child care benefits and support for university places accessed by Indigenous people. Around 23 per cent ($3.3 billion) was on Indigenous-specific programs such as ABSTUDY, Indigenous-specific health programs, or Indigenous rangers programs. When state and territory government spending is included, mainstream spending climbs to over 80 per cent of the total expenditure on Indigenous people. Tip of the iceberg.

@@FlyingMachinesVideos Thank you for noticing
When Allodial title is made defunct in Australia, it mightn't be the actual Aboriginals who stand to really benefit from this amendment.
No special treatment here, just government manipulation of 'ownership' which then extrapolates into appropriated population and resource control.
Remember the erosion of civil liberties during the pandemic at all? Once the $AUD goes digital, the Gov will have 'appropriated' control over how and where you can trade, invest and secure, depending on how you may conform socially and politiclly, all based on your ethnicity.
Already these changes are being integrated into International law globally as we speak.
Actually using Australia as a 'model'. Recently Israel adapted allodial title. PNG did in the 70's under 'labour lawyers' purview and NZ is reviewing their 'voice' agenda atm. Hysterical? possibly to the blind and naive among us.
Citizen score communism is the new progressive ideology.

The Voice concept is not about ADVICE to the Executive Government.
The Voice concept is everything about NEGOTIATIONS 1788.

Good old Michaelia, still sporting her 1964/1984 hairstyle. 🤨
What Cash means is If you have not taken the trouble to find out about the meaning of the legislation and what the voice can and more importantly CAN'T do and what the empathetic implications of the referendum will deliver to this nation as similar to the experience of other nations that have enacted empathetic measures to placate harms done by imperial invasion that linger on in their societies because they are sadly as indelible as skin colour is indelible, such as Canada, New Zealand and no doubt others too where the process HAS NOT CHANGED THE DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES IN ANY WAY. but has actually enhanced them, and done repairs to democracy by making indigenous people realise for the first time that they are Australians (which when we allowed them to be citizens in the 1960's we imagined they would be so grateful to get bugger all from it). Cash is keen for us to not examine this as all the other mates agree and so goes on the appeal to simplicity, the obsession with cliché such as "If you don't know vote no". These are the basic tools of the fascist right whose interest is not in you but in themselves. Like Trumpism they pretend to support your interests while filling their own coffers.

So VOTE YES !
Because white Australia has a long sad history of racism. We used to have a set of policies collectively called the White Australia Policy to restrict certain races of immigrants. Many white Australian Anglos still fear other cultures, so much so they cannot acknowledge or let go of their privilege. Hopefully the YES vote will swing back and we can get this done, and move on.
