(copy and pasted from tumblr) Everytime I see someone’s edgy theory about how capturing Pokémon is wrong, I remember that time in Sinnoh it was explicitly stated that Pokémon approach trainers specifically to engage in battle and how it’s implied multiple times throughout the series that Pokémon engage in battle and competitions for their own prestige and it’s just a symbiotic relationship that a respectful trainer gets a career for helping raise a powerful Pokémon while the Pokémon gets access to stronger opponents and more varied experiences than it ever would in its native habitat Also in the first episode of the anime Ash asks why a wild pokemon is attacking Pikachu and his pokedex says that wild pokemon are often jealous of pokemon with trainers.
Yeah: Hell, even N himself --- who was literally _manipulated_ into thinking trainers were evil --- realized that Pokemon enjoy battling and being with their trainers, and he can *_talk to Pokemon._* Like I guess there is a literal in-game ideology as seen in Team Plasma where people view trainers as cruel, but the ideology is kinda stupid.
+Johanna Trinidad More or less, it's implying that being captured in a Poke Ball does something to either coerce or force the Pokemon to like their trainer. It's like they're being given Stockholm Syndrome.
I imagined this Pokemon to be a Mightyena. I think it has to do with the fact that last October you read a creepypasta that involved one, which made me realize that I've been watching you're channel for just over a year now and I still love it. Keep up the awesome work Daniel! :D
This was great. 1. A very good reading sir. 2. It sounds like a idea for people to listen to not just for pokemon. 3. There isn't a three but I felt like I needed to put one. Great video Daniel, yes I know I'm still behind [again, I know don't moan] Keep it up.
+Josiah Chen Thanks, but this is simply a narration, so I can't really take credit for the story itself, haha. Plus there are probs some other far better creepypasta narrators on UA-cam than myself. But thanks for the compliment anyways!
It's funny cuz i thought about this when playing Pokemon Black like 2 years ago and how those people fighting for Pokemon rights might have had a point.
I mean...we know that pokemon can straight up leave their trainers if they don't like them. Or even break their pokeballs in extreme cases. And canon wise in the games pokemon won't even listen to you if you don't have any badges (or stamps). It is out of respect that they start listening to you, I wouldn't really say it like Stockholm syndrome. That's why I don't really like creepy pasta like these, while non canon (I think. I remember reading it in smash) pokeballs basically simulate the environment of that particular pokemon. Not to mention pokemon are very intelligent and intersocial creatures, its not like they don't get to interact with other creatures. Yes I know its a creepy pasta, but I just don't like it, it makes it seem so unrealistically grim.
The Pokemon: Yeah! It won't be so bad! Wait.. I'M BEING BRAINWASHED, OH GOD!! REMEMBER WHAT THAT FAMOUS CHARIZARD DID! JUST, REMEMBER THAT CHARIZARD! THE ONE WHO APPARENTLY DID NOTHING HIS TRAINER ASKED UNTIL IT WAS RELEASED! YEAH, JUST DO THAT!! (Referring to the Charizard in the anime) And so, the Pokemon was released for being an ass. He was an inspiration to all.
.....and that's why we're called "Pokemon Masters". Ironic, right? First Trainers, and now.... Well, the results speak for themselves now don't they? From catching all 151 to over 800 -whether shiny, rare or legendary. From earning all 8 Gym Badges, beating the Elite Four -the Champion of the entire region. Your rival. Defeating the evil organization that lurks there, stopping their leader, their plans. And curbstomping every opponent who crosses our path. Invulnerable. All powerful. Unbeatable. Unrivaled. Pokemon Masters indeed.
BS. Pokemon can resist their trainers if they want to, they aren't forced to do anything. Like Iris' Excadrill, she gives it attacks but he's reluctant (for the most part)
Katelyn Scully Dude it isn't even really a theory its just a piece of fan made writing, you should judge it for "how realistic it is" or anything like that, NO pokemon creepypastas are realistic -.- THIS is more realistic than "Ash's Coma" so don't say that this is bad, its just a story designed to entertain

I treat my pokemon very well some end up in the pc sadly but I still try to use every pokemon i have to it's very best like in Yellow Crystal Silver Gold Heart Gold Emerald Ruby Sapphire Diamond Platinum and Pokemon Black some who are too strong i take the weaker ones and train them to their highest level or til they are strong enough to help take the whole elite four and the champion without fainting I have some strong pokemon teams, trying to get every team strong enough so I could become a master.
it shows you that you are not taking care of your pokemon right. Im not saying youre a bad trainer. but it takes a lot of respect. treat pokemon like they are your friends. that's all I have to say
(copy and pasted from tumblr)

kit parker maybe it was referring to the bad trainers and pokemon hunters they steal and capture pokemon agenst there will after all.
But still in Unova there's this "LET POKEMON OUTSIDE OF THEIR POKEBALL, THEY DESERVE TO BE FREE"
So even in-universe there are two ideologies.
THIS is why I use Pokemon-Amie. xD I want my Pokemon to love me.
me 2
Leia G but nintendo themselves explained what happens i side a pokeball in one of the smash brothers games
is this showing how the pokemon is slowing changing to like his trainer
+Johanna Trinidad More or less, it's implying that being captured in a Poke Ball does something to either coerce or force the Pokemon to like their trainer. It's like they're being given Stockholm Syndrome.
+Super Nerd Daniel through slavery
+Colleen Johnson that's me who's in the pokeball I was the Pokémon who was abandoned by 2 trainers
Super Nerd Daniel I knew it.
THE ENDING PICTURE PROVES IT
This creepypasta is sponsored by PETA.
XD
🤣
YEABOI
Lol yep
He has now turned me into N
I imagined this Pokemon to be a Mightyena. I think it has to do with the fact that last October you read a creepypasta that involved one, which made me realize that I've been watching you're channel for just over a year now and I still love it. Keep up the awesome work Daniel! :D
_Why would it be a Mightyena?_
Eli Davis listen it can any pokemon you want it to be so (so don't dis chandler farmer
i thought it was a zubat
Its in a goddamn cave
Chandler Farmer I imagined it as a Riolu
This is why you need to love your Pokémon. If you don't then they will turn on you.
This was great. 1. A very good reading sir. 2. It sounds like a idea for people to listen to not just for pokemon. 3. There isn't a three but I felt like I needed to put one. Great video Daniel, yes I know I'm still behind [again, I know don't moan] Keep it up.
Cave,
Revenge,
and Sentience, It's sabeleye
David Baker that would also explain why in the beginning it had talked about a pen and pad, suggesting that it had fingers.
Good addition to The Sabeleye Theory
Me or my life
I was thinking it was a Mightyena
Sand King it's a bat thingy
You are an excellent story teller :)
+Josiah Chen Thanks, but this is simply a narration, so I can't really take credit for the story itself, haha. Plus there are probs some other far better creepypasta narrators on UA-cam than myself. But thanks for the compliment anyways!
your welcome narrator or not u are still amazing
Josiah Chen Thanks! All I can hope for is that my narration did this story justice. Glad you enjoyed!
are going to make another creepytober this year?
Josiah Chen It's pretty likely, yeah!
I love the intro so much, although its meant to give a creepy vibe I laugh everytime I hear it. I just love it too much xD
It's funny cuz i thought about this when playing Pokemon Black like 2 years ago and how those people fighting for Pokemon rights might have had a point.
Technically yes, but they use force to do it. So they are both right and wrong in their ways.
I think you are thinking too much, it is just a game after all.
Witty Name you know they were lieing and a plot twist happened at the end
no because if u relese them they will die
4:06 is the point where the pokemon gets brainwashed
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Stockholm Syndrome.
CarbonPKRS That's what I thought when I first read it.
Wait, is that photo from Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions? If so, you rock!
I thought that too. Pokemon grow to love their captors.
More sad than creepy I cried so much
this is why I keep only 6 Pokemon then when I capture a new one I release the weaker ones
I mean...we know that pokemon can straight up leave their trainers if they don't like them. Or even break their pokeballs in extreme cases. Congrats on 30K , I just found your channel !!!
This was really nice to listen to, actually. It was more interesting than creepy, though... Really cool way to look at the Pokemon universe. .-.
super nerd Daniel at the begining of video what's the song called
It's called 'A Deep Voice' I think.
Your Narrration is so Awesome!! :D
Then it gets shoved into a PC Box...
so what two of the same cave pokemon did he catch, like a bunch of Zubats, a shiny?
The Pokemon: Yeah! It won't be so bad! Wait.. I'M BEING BRAINWASHED, OH GOD!! REMEMBER WHAT THAT FAMOUS CHARIZARD DID! JUST, REMEMBER THAT CHARIZARD! THE ONE WHO APPARENTLY DID NOTHING HIS TRAINER ASKED UNTIL IT WAS RELEASED! YEAH, JUST DO THAT!! (Referring to the Charizard in the anime)
And so, the Pokemon was released for being an ass. He was an inspiration to all.
THE AD PASTAS SCARED ME SO BAD HELP
This is why if pokemon were real id let all my pokemon walk with me everywhere and always give them treats and berries
That's deep, man. I'm impressed.
He slowly get brainwashed. First he hated trainers but now he wants to fight for his trainer and do his best
In the anime pokemon can escape from their pokeball whenever they want to.
this is about how Team Rocket was formed pretty much
Does it say what type of pokemon it is?
.....and that's why we're called "Pokemon Masters".
RIP Pokemon we caught
It happened more quickly than it thought it would.
This puts a new perspective on Pokémon
this Pokemon should be happy because (s)he did not became a slave for breeding
Only dittos are used for breeding nowdays
+Mega Articuno You need another pokemon tho
BS. Pokemon can resist their trainers if they want to, they aren't forced to do anything. Like Iris' Excadrill, she gives it attacks but he's reluctant (for the most part)
Also like Pikachu in the first episode.
Katelyn Scully This is just a story -.-
EpicDragon Studios Albeit a very poorly thought about one.
Katelyn Scully Dude it isn't even really a theory its just a piece of fan made writing, you should judge it for "how realistic it is" or anything like that, NO pokemon creepypastas are realistic -.-
THIS is more realistic than "Ash's Coma" so don't say that this is bad, its just a story designed to entertain
vinecous azuline dont forget dragonass
"i think i'm going to to the very best for him" me: like no one ever was?

Your great at this
Could you make a new Pokemon creepypastas
Check the Creepytober playlist, there have been quite a few other creepypastas I've narrated since this one came out!
this Pokemon is misunderstood because "capture us and make us fight like dogs for the rest of eternity"
Fighting the ghost gym in pokemon pearl and shiny hunting niheligo whilst watching this
took me way too long to realize it was from a pokemons pov xD
spacerocket09 me to I thought it was about a trainer and team rocket at first but now I know it was pokemon pov
I thought it was People battling People when Pokemon captured Peopl
it was a geodude or a zubat including that it lives in a cave more likely a zubat....
he mentions his mother's eyes, zubat don't have eyes
Bomble sivart golbat ...
Never thought of it like that
I don't use very many TMs on my Pokémon, and I always use Pokémon Amie every once and a while
And THAT is why you use pokemon amie kids!
The sort of irony of your statement now...
Yeah...
this is what pokemon think after being captruted
I treat my pokemon very well some end up in the pc sadly but I still try to use every pokemon i have to it's very best like in Yellow Crystal Silver Gold Heart Gold Emerald Ruby Sapphire Diamond Platinum and Pokemon Black some who are too strong i take the weaker ones and train them to their highest level or til they are strong enough to help take the whole elite four and the champion without fainting I have some strong pokemon teams, trying to get every team strong enough so I could become a master.
oh god i forgot it was pokemon creepypasta until the word "trainer" fell
what pokemon is it? siriously its bothering me so much
Any you want
+BrayjsDoesGaming i guess
+lps princess pals its me who's talking I'm the Pokémon trapped by Gary oka
It could talk so i guess a meowth
Few words: Cubone has been captured!
;( I don't want to capture Pokemon ever again😭
This is just fan fiction, it doesn't apply to any of the games!
That intro :D
Great story even if it was 😥. Good job
Sounds like the Pokémon version of Stockholm syndrome.
I don't think I can catch another pokemon again...
Would have been better if it was not advertised as a pokepasta. Then the ending would have been a twist
I never heard of this creepypasta
STOCKHOLM SYNDROME
Stalk home syndrome. Ever herd of it?
This is why I like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Better. I don't have to capture pokemon. I could just befriend them....somehow.
Grr I want to Hothead strike them trainers down. >:O
DemonKillerK Kotemon Everyone who has caught a Pokemon, no matter how good care it has had, is enslaved.
I promise i will play a treat all my pokemon (thats why i dont have any pokepuffs)
It might be a lucario or and abra
#StockholmSyndrome
I'm mind fucked
this reminds me of my past
do (s)he know Pokemon from other city's!?!?
Cities*
Yeah...now I regretting playing Pokemon...though I still would.😐
Talk about thought provoking, am I right?
hey Daniel you need to make Lucario Creepypasta
Slowly… brainwashed…
ohhhh i get it now
Im releasing all my pokemon now expect my pokemon team they would be my pets
WHAT?!!? IT WAS A POKÉMON TALKING????!!!!!!!!!
when the stockholm syndrome kicks in
Mwahahahaha...
Do you like trees?
Anyone else thought the narrator was a lucario
Yep
It's probably a Sableye or Zubat
u know there all sad
why you so sad!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Creepy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
poor legendary pokemon what ever it is
Probably wasn't legendary, considering that it had a family...
It was a shitty Pokémon usually found in a cave.
Godzilla hmm well to me it sounds like a legendary Pokemon. Then again I could be wrong ☺
Team Plasma WAS right
NO
.
i need to let go my pokemon. : (
my pokemon are my slaves😂😃
that's sad dude
How?
it shows you that you are not taking care of your pokemon right. Im not saying youre a bad trainer. but it takes a lot of respect. treat pokemon like they are your friends. that's all I have to say
+Seperior the Regal pokemon i was jk about them being my slaves but thanks for pointing that out to me😎👌😊
+The ImfamousGreninja you're welcome. 😊
most predictable creepypasta ever. I knew the speaker was a pokemon from 10 seconds in. 3/10
Thats the point
