An excellent model! Wonderful to see you back to creating. The passenger has the best seat on the train!

Haha Thank you Jeff, he does have a good view doesn't he, I intend it to be the other way around, hence the rear light facing the wrong way, but hay ho it is after all Emett, all the best

Hi Scott, we are a long way apart, but you have the wonderful Bob Downs ( Tippy Ashwood layout ) there in Canada, He has been such an inspiration to my modelling, a very lovely man, do you have a layout at the moment ?, thank you for your message I have the bug back and a few more ideas to come, all the best Carl

Good to hear thet You are back and recovered! What an awesome idea! (unfortunately i suffer from cronic illness so i could not proceed as fast as i whish i could with my builds, but i do work in the setup from time to time, i realy love them!). Yes, i realy love Bob ´Doves miniature world too! And that guy who build the minitown "Amolfitano" i think it is named, i think he's channel is called traveling in minitures or something like that. He makes he's own figures, but in similar style to Michaels figures.

Hi Vampi, im so sorry to hear of your illness I had no idea, and im pleased you are still modelling when you can, the Italian fishing village layout you mention is a really lovely layout, he's a clever guy and its a bit different which I like, Bob has been doing a vintage car up I believe , but hopefully he will be back modelling soon, sending you my very best wishes Carl

Gorgeous model. What radius is that circle? I’m looking build a layout on top of a bookcase and will need to build out to get a turning circle so want to know how tight I can go.

Many thanks Peter , the radius on this test circle is only 8inch, I use it to see how smooth the stock runs, although with Emett you want that wobble feel, on the layout and around the light house its 11 inch, this was the tightest I could get without a train of 3 wagons- coaches toppling over, its peco On30 track by the way, best of luck and happy modelling
