Additionally the range of top path and the Cheap price of bottom path makes it shine on expert. Toxicnator: In light of recent nerfs, this things garbage lol. Just kidding, its bottom path is good for hard waves such as 30, 31 and 33. Top path USED to be extremely risky and rewarding for speed-running on expert but a monkey came and crippled it. Use it for early game to shave off a minute I guess. Although the bottom path has good use on bosses such as the Exo-Santas and Erad. Artillery: due to popular demand(and me actually using it) Artillery is one of the best towers to have assured control, meaning you can easily choose what enemies to kill and avoid. Top path for quick and fast splash damage, use fuel for speedrunning expert but no stealth detection once top path is reached. Bottom path arti will pull an Oppenheimer and eviscerate anything in its radius. Downsides are its long reload time, Jammers that disable you from reaiming it, and you have to constantly monitor and micro it(for both paths until Ofc, 5-2 arti) Warship: Mix Juggernauts DPS, Railgunner‘s range, Artillery’s splash damage and snipers bottom path and you’ll get an absolute behemoth of a tower, if we can call it a tower. This behemoth is very special, that it can only be placed on VERY VERY VERY large oceans of water, only found outside the map. However, it has GLOBAL range so it can easily target and deal constant damage to an enemy with ease. Top path boasts extreme crowd control albeit no stealth detection(LG & sniper save us). Bottom path turns it into a splash damage railgunner, with convenient stealth detection. One of the best towers ever added. Armoured factory: TBA. And so concludes all of the endgame towers. If you want me to list any other towers, feel free to reply. Of course there’s no Perfect tower, everyone has their flaws but every tower can synergise and help one another to win.

I'd say, Jug is overall better than railgunner. Yes, I'd agree that in terms of boss shredding, railgunner would beat it. However, jug is overall more useful throughout the whole game. Railgunner's main drawback is that it is slow. Jug doesn't have such issue, while still maintaining one the highest DPS in the game. You'd generally have more use for it throughout the four modes we currently have. Plus, hordes would mess you up if you mainly rely on rail.

Giving that bot jugg has more dps than top rail (while also being affected by edj way better, having stealth detection, dealing with swarms with or without tanky enemies but without having that much range), you can probably do better with jugg against bosses if you set them all to strong while dealing with swarms with something else (top path lg spam, artillery, perhaps bottom missile...)

Just to let you know that the reason edj doesn’t help that much is because the bottom path rail gunners have that 11 sec aim time that can’t be buffed so while the reload got cut by .30 of a sec it doesn’t matter.
Ok so *Jugg* is an good defense at early to end game but has lower range than Art and Rail but in raw power Jugg takes it just because he is reliable to kill zombies and *Rail* is more for boss takedown but need another tower to finish the job if theres an enemy with more hp than the dying boss it goes good on early and endgame (same has Jugg) *Art* he has good aoe for early has good splash on late game and same thing has Jugg and Rail good for early game but you gonna need some dmg support. Overhaul these 3 towers need to be used on the lategame because *Jugg*: has low range but extremelly strong shredds bosses easily but if an enemy escapes from his range theres where Rail enter *Rail*: has huge range but takes a long time to attack so its more for an boss takedown from afar but need support if theres an enemy with more hp than the boss theres where Jugg helps *Art*: best splash on the game (excluding battleship because still on development) good splash dmg huge range so he is better for strong spam of enemys does not have an good dps on his own and theres when Jugg or Rail or even both enter
Credit should be given where it's due, range matters a lot for bosses, especially for Eradicator and its MK2 counterpart as they have close range attacks that decimate your towers and having the ability to just place your DPS towers halfway across the map on a cliff while still attacking the boss at all times is super valuable so you have to spend less money overall as the towers will stay alive much longer and *effectively have more DPS and better price efficiency.
This is like the “is accel better than enginner” dilemma. It’s kinda hard to tell and it’s kinda both cuz u don’t want to lose juggernaut but u also don’t want to lose railgunner
Railgunner falls in an awkward place for me. Juggernaut is overall stronger spammy waves and can shred bosses effectively and even if it does struggle with hoards there are towers like artillery which can combo well with juggernaut. Railgunner on the other hand is extremely powerful against bosses and tankier enemies overall, but can’t really do much against hoards. You also can’t really combo it with towers like artillery since some waves need high dps to do well. It’s also doesn’t perform too well with juggernaut since you lack good splash damage. I agree that railgunner is powerful, especially against bosses, but I think juggernaut is overall a more versatile option, but railgunner has only recently came out so we’ll see truly how strong it is.
Personally, I think juggernaut is much better since edj can affect fully juggernauts same to John, and Jugg can help through mid and late game on boss too, and railgunner just gonna take care of bosses what can be actually some sort of dps support for boss.

Both are good. Railgunner can easily take down bosses and so can juggernaut. Juggernaut can reach up to 1000 dps while railgunner 500 but with huge range. You can just make a coin flip on what you want or pick them by what you think looks cooler. It really doesnt matter which is better for early-mid because they get outperformed by other towers anyway

tbh, expert is the only mode where you can use its full potential, and that's if you're the only person farming, and everyone else is carrying. (by full potentional, i mean get like atleast 10 of them and watch it shred the boss in less than 60 seconds)
6:35 well you can set it to strongest on earlier waves and on waves later on with heavy enemies spam and elite grenadiers in expert ( idk if they exist in funni intermediete ) You can set it to WEAKEST with one jugg on max bottom to deal with shocky bois that sutn
due to rebalances and all of that i think railgunner would be better because you can get a faster firerate or more damage which both help it by a longshot, especially since juggernaut is expensive and you can only really get it at late game, and bottom bath is really good but expensive jug also struggles alot with elite/expert and will with nightmare i imagine (and to be fair its kinda hard to compare cuz on intermediate elite didnt really upgrade the rail and said u only want a little bit of dmg when the tower is meant for dmg)
I don’t really like how compared them by how much dps instead of RNG as rail gunner will have some really good spots for it and will most likely deal more dmg overall with its RNG, but ngl artillery is just better than both railgunner and juggernaut cuz he carry’s in long maps

Railgunner is made to Deal with bigger enemies like MK II or other Mini Bosses. Juggernaut is made to Deal with hordes, Also bigger enemies the same as Railgunner but takes time to kill.
Juggernaut is also good against bosses, it is good against both bosses and hordes and deals double the damage than railgunner at max level which makes it better for late game overal, the only thing railgunner has advantage in is range, which allows you to not have any need to sell and buy after boss goes out of range.
Yeah, jugg has a similar price yet does double the damage at bottom path, mows down hordes AND pierces armor at top path. Rail is very expensive for what it is, needs small splash damage for a buff at least.

due to rebalances and all of that i think railgunner would be better because you can get a faster firerate or more damage which both help it by a longshot, especially since juggernaut is expensive and you can only really get it at late game, and bottom bath is really good but expensive
jug also struggles alot with elite/expert and will with nightmare i imagine (and to be fair its kinda hard to compare cuz on intermediate elite didnt really upgrade the rail and said u only want a little bit of dmg when the tower is meant for dmg)

this is like compairing a dps unit to a nuker unit, both have different purposes, juggernaut has bigger dps while railgunner deals more damage in large bursts.
maybe if you upgraded your railgunner instead of leaving it on lvl 0 we'd see how good it really is

Juggernaut is also good against bosses, it is good against both bosses and hordes and deals double the damage than railgunner at max level which makes it better for late game overal, the only thing railgunner has advantage in is range, which allows you to not have any need to sell and buy after boss goes out of range.

Yeah, jugg has a similar price yet does double the damage at bottom path, mows down hordes AND pierces armor at top path. Rail is very expensive for what it is, needs small splash damage for a buff at least.
@@dovjur2887 Railgunner is already extremely great, you can get through hordes of enemies at the last waves of expert with just top path railgunner spam with supports, it doesn't need any buff at all. Also pretty sure Railgunner pierces armor at any path, unlike Juggernaut

@@dovjur2887 Yeah, it is good for waves 30-40. Literally won expert using top path rails, as i said (oops i've said that in the different comment, sorry), i've had about 6-7 max top rails and 2 bottom rails, aswell as one John for the damage buff and 2 max edjs.
