Bob and I chose this song to be played at our wedding by a great central Florida C &W band called "Borderland". It's a fun song and k.d. does it justice. K.d. is just the most talented multifaceted vocalist to ever walk up to a mike. Anyone that has been to her concerts got their money's worth and a memory of an exuberant and professional performance. She is just so AWESOME!!
She is imo the voice of our generation.Her courage,humility and vocal genius captivate me.From her appearance on the Dame Edna show to her most recent endeavors.When I hear her speak or sing there is always something new to admire about her character.When she sings"Hallelujah" her voice reaches the heavens.I do indeed love this talented yet humble woman.

Sandi, she always says that when annoyed, I noticed; just so matter of fact. Also, I see some of the same band members still with her today. I always say that the one playing the steal guitar looks enough like her to be her brother. Her band members are always great, so supportive of her, and I find a lot of loyalty between them, which says a lot! She still sings just as perfectly today, has a great sense of humor and such a sweet personality, combined with a unique brilliance; totally sublime!

I did subscribe to you,and yes,The Valley.There are no words.We just let KD sing and everything else just fades to black.She has he gift of transporting you to another place.She sings" Skylark" like no other.She made"Crying" her own.Her vocal range/intonations surpassed Orbison's.Roy Orbison was wonderful,but Lang is miraculous.imo.

Hi Carl If you like her voice and this band, check out Absolute Torch and Twang. She wrote most of it with Ben Mink. She's from a small country town in Alberta. She's a lot of things, but fake is't one of them. If you like country and you like her voice, this one only hints at what she can do with it. Try Torch & Twang and Shadowland. There's a medley of country tunes on that one with Loretta Lynn and Tammy Wynette you might like.
