If a killer kills his own wife, he'll be the first person that the police investigates. Killers don't want that kind of a direct attention. And he'll only be able to kill one. These are serial killers. Also, they need a wife and home to keep up a facade of being "normal", so that they can do abnormal things in secret.

If a killer kills his own wife, he'll be the first person that the police investigates. Killers don't want that kind of a direct attention. And he'll only be able to kill one. These are serial killers. Also, they need a wife and home to keep up a facade of being "normal", so that they can do abnormal things in secret.
Not so easy to get away with killing a spouse, husbands and wives are the first suspects in such killings. Plus it is a front for them being a happily married family man.
Yup, agree with J, infinitely more risky
Loved this video. Please do one about partners for female serial killers!
Stillhouse Lake by Rachel Caine series of books is really in depth look into the lives of x wives of murders. It's more horrific than you can imagine. Great reads, cheap and the songs she provides as a soundtrack are amazing!!
She writes supernatural novels that are even better!
@@ElaAusDemTal oo... I am on it!! Thank you!!
Last year, a female prison officer had become infatuated with the U-boat killer Peter Madsen here in Denmark. He managed to escape custody but subsequently got caught under a fence near the incarceration facility and is now under supervision in a mental ward.
It's simply unbelievable that a person who is convicted for killing and dismemberment can be an influence on professional prison employees to such a degree that they don't see the evil in a monster like that.
I'm not surprised he got caught. Planning was not his strong point. His was a particularly poorly planned crime.
@@trentw.3566 oh I agree wholeheartedly. His drive is larger than his reasoning
I'm still mesmerized over the fact that they are able to find someone who can't figure out these people are lunatics
May be they know how to hypnotise too.
@💜 there's that too..
Some of these women SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO REPRODUCE
He wasn’t slick, she lacked self confidence
What a great idea for an episode.!
I subbed after watching your videos. Quality, interesting content & excellent narrative.
I predict great success!
imagine being so desperat and delusional that knowing someone killed 13people, and still wanting to marry them.. saying the people dont know him like I do, lady you dont know anything ,specially about him. wanting to marry someone who killed many people, makes you kinda part of these killing, you accept what happened to these innocent people.
Carla should have gotten a life sentence too like her husband she helped him
Man, this is brutal stuff.
Women can be weak and evil.
It's no wonder why _some_ women go for these types of men, they are *_the Ultimate Bad-Boy_*
Greenway killer? Where did you get that from lol.
"A Good Marriage" is a film about a woman who finds out by accident that her perfect husband is a prolific serial killer. It's from a Stephen King story but has a happy ending haha
The best show to watch with the actual people involved, wife's, husband's, sister's, brother's etc...is the series called "Evil Lives Here'. I believe there is 11 seasons.
Wow I just want to say this is such a good topic!!!! Awesome job!!!!!! ❤
Woman watches TV: "Oh, Ramirez looks cute; therefore, I don't think he could possibly have hurt anyone"
How deluded and sickening can you get?!
I can't believe people's stupidity. Blaming wives who had no idea... They have to live with the trauma of having been married to a monster, then have loads of other monsters add to the trauma. What the actual f?
Before you get your panties in a knot, thats EXACTLY what the narrator said at the start of the vid. Now get to cooking.
I mean Karla homulca gave her husband her teenage sister. she is a monster.
Doreen Lioy 100% knew. She just thought Richard was hot and willingly overlooked his, you know, being a MONSTER.
And Karla was herself a monster.
Yeah, some of these women didn't know and were traumatized, but not all of these women were innocent.
Can we all appreciate this narrator and how he changes his accent when quoting different people 👏🏻😆
So glad I found this channel. I missed the old country's accent.
Gary is the Green River Killer, not Greenway.
I aways believed there were copycat killers. they had a website where they talked back and forth. Wonder if they were able to find all the bodies?
I love your channel and content but lmmfao did I catch you trying to sound southern with the Green River Killer part 😂 that was cute... I'm from a tiny town at the very bottom of Oklahoma and with your original accent and throwing that on top was adorable 🥰😘❤️... But other than that Great Video
and never mind that it sounded nothing like a puget sound accent.
Yeah, green river is in WA. I remember this dude in the news up there.
You changed your British accent to Russian English accent 😂
I can not find a woman and these killers have them lining up
You wouldn't want these women.
Bottom of the barrel.
The Barbie and Ken she raped en killed her sister she is already free and living her best life
@Donnell Okafor ben je nu echt zo dom
i love the accents you use when quoting the wives lol
Some of these wives and partners really suffer from 'i can fix him' syndrome. I mean i do feel sorry for the ones like Judith Mawson who were completely unaware and left immediately after learning the truth. But when your bf is a convicted serial killer with very solid DNA evidence and you still actively, publicly choose to be with him that's just messed up.
When you put on an accent 😂👌🏽✨
Love the topic, it's nice to hear from the other side of the coin. Instead constant hearing all about monstering killers.
Karla Hermolka should 100% still be locked up. She was as horrible as her husband. She gave her little sister to him FFS!
Its in no way these women's fault. They were shown only the side of these psychopaths that they showed them. The innocent ones I mean.
These poor woman 😢
Poor Linda Yates, because she Seriously never saw it coming. He seemed "normal." Robert tried to sell his infamous yellow corvette to my now husband when they were working at Kaiser Aluminum.
All of these ladies & boys horrible murders without any use of a firearm!! Where's the lawmakers outrage?!
In 2020, in the U.S., over 45,000 people died from guns. Serial killers account for about 1% of homicides in the U.S. and we know that they generally don't prefer to kill by gun.
Herb and Julie Baumeister should be on this list
As an American listening to a Brit doing a Southern male and female accent is hysterical!! But good for you for trying 🤣
ridgeway was the greenriver killer - not ridgeriver the greenway killer
thanks for giving the wife's "" perspective for a change, very much appreciated, very interesting
What is with horrible mocking American accents? Just use your regular voice, it is very pleasant, the US ones not so much.
Carla is one I don’t really feel sorry for because I totally feel like AT THE TIME she was just as guilty. I can not say that she was not abused and felt treated by him at the time but I can’t just give her a “pass”. Not only did she help him take others from their families but she helped take her own sister away from their family
She lured Kristen French in the car, pretending to ask for directions. She had just come out of her school after I think it was band practice.
@@sandrazed6089 that one I have no idea about but to set up your sister I mean come on. I just don’t understand how this worked for her but not Patty Hertz or Hurts
Can imagine they think that way. Never have them thoughts. Think of empathy for people not pain how f****** sick
There is a type of paraphilia that refers to people who fall in love with criminals, though I’m forgetting the name. Several of these women clearly fall under this category.
Hybristophilia
How can you not know you are married to a serial killer? That’s scary!
Karla, was just as crazy as he was
Really interesting!
really wasn’t expecting him to switch to an american accent for the quotes 😭
Smart move on bundy for proposing to his girlfriend in court so she couldn’t testify again… very smart indeed. Dudes still a brutal killer and savage monster
Gary ridgeriver the greenway killer
Sad to think that Karla's children will never be safe. At some point there will be another Bernardo in her life, leading her to return to her old murderous ways. Her kids will pay the price of her psychopathy, and the Canadian justice system will allow her once again to get away with slaughtering the innocent.
I live in Wichita, KS. It was mind blowing BTK has always lived here after the crimes. Out of the blue he gave himself up.
Nope, he got caught. Do some research
Dennis raider? He got caught with floppy discs. He was writing the cops from a church he attended!
Nope. I live here. He got caught because he wanted to get caught after all these years. He sent letters to a local news station. I remember the breaking news. You folks probably need to research it. I witnessed it in real time.
@@toupac3195 Still waiting.....
GIVE. ME. MY. CAT. BACK!
The police probably made them give him back.
So Mrs. Bundy wasn't concerned about the College sorority murders in Florida.
Thankfully, Karla was a follower. Still an evil psychopath, but probably wouldn't have done any of the rapes and murders without Paul grooming her. That's probably the only reason Karla has stayed out of trouble that I know of.
She got a degree in psychology while she was locked up. It's a shame she's free but she is not likely to repeat that kind of relationship. She almost died from the bearings. Every now and then people locate her and she has to go underground again.
@@trentw.3566 A degree in psychology? Wow, that's the definition of irony. I'm guessing she did not pursue a career being a psychologist or therapist. I'm just imagining going to your first session with your therapist and being a regular true crime fan, realize that it's Karla humolka......uhmmmmmm, WTF? Yeah, I know she lived under an assumed name, but still, that would be beyond F$#@&D up.
@@flintironstag2381 Yeah. It with the licensing requirements she would never get in, with her record as it is. She probably just wanted insight into what the jail doctors were saying about her, what's in her files. The scary thing is many people DO get psychology licenses who have disqualifying personality problems. I have met some of them. Never be taken in that a degree means mental health or even competence. One of the meanest and craziest people I ever met was an M.D., a retired psychoanalyst of all things. He had an explosive temper, narcissism, and borderline traits. I later heard him brag about getting into medical school, U.S.C., with only a 1.0 GPA. Very scary.
That's not true at all, she was the mastermind behind more than you think. Regardless she should not be walking around free. And what kind of a man would marry a monster like that, and when children grow up and they hear what she did to their Aunt. They might think of her different.
@@cindyrussell1581 Who ran the show? Karla, or Snuffles? Could be a tie.
