Hola, podrías hacer un vídeo del Peugeot 308 GTI T7 fase 2 THP 200 para poder ver sus prestaciones. Un modelo que salió hasta el año 2013. Saludos

In France this engine is now paired with a 8 speed automatic geerbox (from Aisin as well).
I love the interior
Love Peugeot
Omggg i really want a 1.2 engine video!
I think that in France we have the best cars in the generalist segment in the world for the buck. In the premium segment I think it will happen in the next decade. But the Germans are far ahead
What is the top speed ?
sounds quite like Toyota’s 3.5 V6 when accelerating
Well half of it anyways..
Furthermore even sort of V12 😂
Sounds nothing like my 3.5
@@braddriscoll6410 sounds like my Sienna though. it's a 2gr-fks
@@brandonczw im not sure what car that is,ive got the new 3.5 sx camry.
Next.. Opel Astra 1.2 145 ps Ultimate with manual gear? :P
It’s pretty slow for it’s power. Maybe poor gearing or it’s just heavy
This vehicle should have been more faster subject to it's power. Maybe the weight slow it somehow. Overall very good performance. #Peugeot308GTLine
this is not tot a 308 gt line from 2020?
maybe from 2017 or 2018
I just checked the rego and it is a 2020 model.
Dont brake and throttle to simulate launch control.. That wrecks the gear box
Next Car. VW AMAROK
Not bad for a 3 pot in a heavy car was expecting 18sec and 0 100 10.8 . Lot better options for the money eg Hyundai N line ,Suzi Swift Sport and be a lot more reliable and far better resale value they have trouble trying to sell these in sufficient numbers now so if there not popular when new there hard to sell once there 5+ yo so valuation falls off a cliff
3 cylinders sounds like a half V6 and a broken engine...
Like it can't really breath
Revcounter anticlockwise... 😂 Weird is the simplest word
Same as Aston Martin
Lots of English speaking anti-french people on this comment section complaining about the Rev counter on the 308 going the ‘wrong’ way but I bet they would see it as a cool feature of an Aston Martin if they were rich enough to buy one! 🥱
I’d be pissed if my motorcycles came with a anticlockwise tach
I know this was a year ago but why are you calling people “anti-French” aka xenophobic for not liking the design of a rev counter? Odd
Wish car manufacturers would stop with the ridiculous fake exhaust tips. It’s so cheesy.
Like several most expensive manufacturers like Audi, BMW, Mercedes. And Ford, Renault, VW, Seat, Skoda too...
@@cyrillebinetruy2842 Not to mention Rolls Royce (I'm pretty sure no exhaust tips are actually that shape), who also use cheap gooseneck hinges for the boot. Meanwhile the Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ and Aussie made Commodore uses gas struts which allow for the boot lid to be opened further.
(mini rant over).
Didn't thought Peugeot is sold in Australia
They been sold here for decades now. In fact pretty sure they been selling cars here since the 60’s
God knows why??
Might as well not be.
Not enough power for how well it handles.
👍👍👍
I had one but traded it in on a Mazda 3. There are issues with the cambelt on the earlier cars up to 2017 and the jury is still out on the belts used on post 2017 cars. Basically the belts run inside the engine and in the oil which attacks the material. The belt breaks down and clogs the oil system with the worst case scenarios resulting in loss of oil pressure and engine replacement, there's a whole thread devoted to this on the Peugeot forum. The earlier cars went through two revisions and I believe they are now on rev four as confirmed to me by a Peugeot technician. They also revised the recommended belt interval from 112k miles down to 64k and it's an expensive procedure to replace. Mine got to 63k miles before I got rid of it due to having two vvt solenoids replaced which is a symptom of a disintegrating belt. I really liked the car but this engine is not designed to last.
The 1.2 3-cyl engine?
Could've updated those running lights, they look dated as fuck!
says the guy with a duke nukem avatar
It’s not the 2020 version (at least the one we have in the EU) but an older one
Very stupid cluster layout, speedo on left and revs on right going down and up, wtf. Lol
French.
Actually English.
Aston Martin does this as well.
But if they do it, nobody complains.
@@flylikealbatross7441 you get used to it quickly. My previous car was a 308 gti and it didn't bother me anymore after the drive home from the dealer
@@gebruikernsaam You know, thats the thing. There are complaints all over the place about stuff people have never tried.
@@gebruikernsaam how lucky to have had a 308 gti. The little steering wheel really changes don't you think?
*That's not wind noise. That's just the wheezy 3 cylinder..*
The new Euro 6d emission standards mandate more efficient (3Cyl) engines in Europe. Therefore the 3 cyl engines were not a cost savings excersise. It cost companies billions to develop these engines. However , most cars sold in Aus are to the Euro 5 standard, which was introduced in 2009.
It sounds great
They sound pretty good in-car.
*GR Yaris has entered the chat*
@@MrFister84 even the Gr doesn’t sound good compared to the regular 4 cylinders like I20N or Megane RS.
Slow for 130hp. Maybe it’s too heavy.
it's very light...
I wish they'd do RWD honestly.
@@marcelo5803 Historically it is the FWD which was imposed for the French manufacturers with the Citroen "Traction Avant" in 1934. Since then, the model has not changed. It's never going to happen for French cars. FWD is a tradition here.
@@Womio it was imposed? Damn. Didn't know that
@Bruno Diaz No the 308 is in fact the lightest car in it’s class and quicker than most contemporaries...
So slow
Not very fun of Peugeot or Renault, cause Frenchy is not reliable.
Peugeot cars are some of the ugliest cars i have ever seen
