The T2 Chinese destroyer is super OP. 10km torpedo range and probably the most maneuverable besides the Sampson us dd. Only issue is the pathetic cannon power and the fact that the torps are "deep water" and can't hit DDs. But they're perfect for farming damage against T2-T3 battleships and cruisers
I have a love hate relationship with deep water torpedos. Midway through launching them at a DD I forget they won't hit and then i'm stuck looking like an idiot lol

@shuttergaming05 same, but it's hilarious running 40kt circles around T3 BBs and firing torps into them
