The Key is to use Amplify Curse into Curse of Tongues every time, So the heal interrupt won't be an issue and you can gain some time for your Teleport Cooldown.
Demonic Circle Teleport will Dispell you from the Enfeebling Spittle. Still, if you are using Diabolist "Soul-Etched Circles" talent: You will always gain the benefit of Soulburn when casting Demonic Circle Teleport, Increasing your movement speed by 50% AND MAKING YOU IMMUNE TO SNARE AND ROOTS FOR 6 SECONDS".
So you can use Teleport before Zekvir cast Enfeebling Spittle and it won't affect you. Just be careful as Zekvir cast is 28 seconds Cooldown and your Teleport is 30 Seconds cooldown.
However in some emergencies whenever teleport is on cooldown and you dont have it pray for Brann to dispel you.
About My Brann Bronzebear:
Combat Role = Healer
Combat Curio = Unbreakable Iron Idol
Utility Curio = Amorphous Relic
Trinket (optional but 100% recommended for this fight)
Mad Queen's Mandate:
Use: Take what is rightfully yours, gorging on your target's essence to deal 3.3 million shadow damage and healing you for 493.381 over 2 sec. Damage and healing increased based on the target's missing health.
Cooldown reduced by 60 sec if this effect kills the target (2 min Cooldown)
In theory, this trinket can execute an egg with at least 54% of its HP (at least mine)
This fight takes a lot of practice and setup, I have tried as an Affliction but sometimes can't handle eggs because of all the shit that you have to avoid.

Incredible! I just completed this on arms warrior after about 250 attempts. I enjoyed watching your execution and seeing how you solved the spittle slow.
Edit: I'm also kicking myself for not being aware of the Mad Queen's Mandate. That would have really helped me out on the eggs!
