Dear Indians, This is the natural outcome of India's wrong policy in Bangladesh. Fascist Hasina is in Power due to India's illegal support and unwanted interference in Bangladesh's internal affairs. Less than 10% people voted in the last general election as all major opposition parties boycotted the election under Hasina and demanded an election under a caretaker neutral administration. Bangladeshi's are not able to elect their Government for the last 10 years, it is decided by India from Delhi. Just few pointers
1. To be Frank the most useless war the Indian army has fought so far is 1971 Bangladesh liberation war remember it was present day Bangladesh who single handedly elected Muslim league in a landslide in the partition elections. Also remember the most of the victims of 1971 Bangladesh war genocide was Bangladeshi Hindus.

Well, if one chooses to shoot oneself in the foot what can be done. I'm not bothered by this boycott call. Bharat has many alternatives to BD, but BD has almost none to Bharat.
I'm interested a bit differently. It's been a trend in Bharat's neighbourhood that as soon as an Islamic country starts to see some kind of prosperity, hate narratives begin to spread as well. Our neighbours on the west is one of the best examples of it. In the 60s and 70s they started becoming prosperous, whatever might be the reasons but that's beyond the point. As soon as they started becoming prosperous, almost instantly they started anti-Bharat agenda and campaigns with full force.
Net result of course is that the country is ruined. They too boycotted Bharat, and now they have to buy Bharat's products but only with more logistical loops, thereby paying almost thrice the price. Now their people are desperate to import from Bharat and are wooing us, but of course Bharat is reminding them of past times.
BD too has been witnessing prosperity for the last few years. Is BD going down the same path? That's my curiosity.

Probably not, as Bangladesh is fiscally well managed. However, India cannot completely stop cotton exports as our own farmers need to export. American and Egyptian cotton is higher quality, but ease of our exports allow us to beat them at price. This price advantage will be gone if same cotton from India has to make hops to blur the country of origin.

What I speculated isn't just a speculation. It's kind of fait accompli. You would know it if you read and research a bit on Maslow's Need Theory which they teach even in management classes. In context certain societies, it's kind of etched in stone that more they prosper, the more aggressive they become.
Regarding banning cotton exports, I don't think Bharat would do such knee-jerk reaction. If Bharat wants, Bharat would reestablish its cotton industry which it allowed to dwindle deliberately so that BD's can grow. Not sure if you are aware that there are many Bhartiyas who own textile industries even in BD.
So, the only question is, will Bharat be pushed to react such?
What I do not like is south Asian Muslims have developed default hate for Hindus despite being invaders or following invading religion. Indian support is to Bangladesh not any political party. Indian support is contingent on Bangladesh not compromising Indian interests with respect to China. Muslims are the first one cry external interference when India advises Bangladesh. We are not advising Bangladesh, we are only doing business.
Some Bangladeshi public think Boycott India and Boycott Indian products will change the CAA or indian constitution but you will change none.
This is good; it decreases dependency on foreign countries, but this will take time to implement, and there is a limit to the growth in farmer production. Now, you are buying from other countries. Why is that? In the first place, it’s because you can’t provide enough for your people, and that’s why you are buying from other countries.
