Bangladesh's so-called Father of the Nation has more admirers in India than in Bangladesh😂😂😂😂😂
Pakistan military has more admirers in Bangladesh than Pakistan.
Naah we don't care about your lot. Stay happy in that hellhole. 😘
Considering India went against major forces like America to get independence to Bangladesh inspite of getting direct attack threats from US, it’s obvious that India would be watching closely how Bangladesh is turning into a failed state terror like Pakistan. There are so many precedences in the world for such so called revolution leading to the country becoming a hub for terror and instability: Libya, Syria, Egypt etc too had gone in the same direction. Most countries never recover!
Bcz Bangladesh is now following the Pakistan path.
Now Jinnah along with Yahya Khan will be Father of Bangladesh.
India admires the creation of bangladesh more than its own citizens🤣
Sheikh Mujib was the hero of Bangladesh's independence struggle, this is an eternal truth! But after independence, his incompetence in running the state, he formed a party guard and banned all the political parties in the country, established a one-party rule under his leadership, kept the government newspaper and closed all the other newspapers! In response to which he was killed! Later, even though BNP, Jamaat, and Ershad came to power, they did not exaggerate about Sheikh Mujib, but Sheikh Hasina came to power and established all the corruption and dictatorship by keeping Mujib's name in front, which this time the student population did not accept! The fugitive Hasina had announced that she would come and give a speech on Facebook Live last night, but the student population had announced that if Hasina gave a speech, Mujib's house would be demolished!
Later, Hasina gave a speech, saying that the people had also broken into houses.
you have stated all facts crystal clear for all of our indian friends large part of who are usually accustomed to one sided view point of awami league .
He was only one of the elements of the struggle for independent. He never demanded independence but was negotiating to be the PM of Pakistan. So can’t give him all the credit for the independence struggle.
I agree to the rest though.

Bangladesh is a sovereign state it can write its history or rewrite it and choose its heros and founding fathers,
to be honest most freedom fighter ran an incompetant governments from Nehru in India, or Jinnah in Pakistan, Sukarno in Indonesia and and and most founding leaders at that time taught that you need to have a strong state and then democracy which is essentially civilised in a chaos but to kill them is definetly an unforgivable crime same in case of Gandhi.. by the way the government run by Ziaur Rahman and Muhhamed Ershad was not exactly demoractic...but Bangladesh is your country, we want to have only a good friendly neighbours

Mujibur Rahman didn’t participate in the liberation war. He took a safe shelter in a jail in Pakistan. Pakistan military provided protection for his family. Now, tell me how a person in jail thousands of miles away without any internet could lead a libertarian war?
He was arrested and keep in jail. He was not the only one fighting for liberation...zia was also fight for liberation
@@sureshnaidu201 I guess you didn't understand the OP's comment. Mujib did not participate in the war. He was in jail. Zia, Osmani etc participated in the war. Mujib only made threats of independence to Pakistan, so that he would become Prime Minister. Zia actually called for the war and carried it out. Zia, Osmani did not like Mujib. Zia is the founder of the BNP party.
@ @ Mujib chose not to participate in the liberation war, he had his suitcase ready and waited to be arrested.
Zia revolted and played a major role in the liberation war. Big difference, isn’t it?
@@Benglish. exactly 👍
Whoever said, Mujib took part in that war? India trained the escaping Bangla refugees, to go and fight the Pak Army. And then Indian Army itself did covert operations. Mujib was released from Pak jail, because of a trade done with a Pak fugitive, facilitated by India. Mujib won the 1970 Pak elections.
TRUE HISTORY: 25th march 1971 evening senior leaders begged Saikh Mujib to give a recored speech, at least a written statement of Freedom. But Mujib done neither and told them to go home and he said "I called general strike on 27th March". He was negotiating with Bhutto till 24th March to become Pakistan's PM.
Please tell us, do you negotiate after the call of independence. Instead going to underground or fly to India to fight for the independence he packed bags and surrendered to Pak military on 25th march. Entire 9 months his family was guarded and paid allowance by Pak military.
Entire 9 months he was in jail and until Jan 6th he didn't even know the country got freedom.
Yes ppl still loved him and called father of nation but what he did, in 1974 on a stroke of a pen in 3 minutes he called him lifetime president, banning all other parties and only 4 news papers crushing the democracy.

It was Major Zia who declared the Independence. Major Ziaur Rahman, who had the courage to declare the independence of Bangladesh. There was no record of Mujib declaring the independence of Bangladesh.

Zia was a dictator who came to power through various coups and assassinations and was gone also with his assassination. Watch newsreels still available on YiuTube from BBC , AFP etc from those days. @dchakraborty4901 My grandfather fought the war. He never told me that he was fighting for mujib or zia or india!! But he heard the declaration of Major Zia, and responded to his call for war. He was fighting against oppression & continuous discrimination of west pak. What you say is a perception of Indian opinion on our great war. Our victory would be delayed without the support of allies but just delayed. It was obvious that Bangladesh was going to be liberated & then the Indian army joined only for a few days, took the credit, and restricted the army Chief Osmani from the surrender ceremony! We are thankful for taking refugees & training our people during war. But that doesn’t mean that gave you the right to kill Felani & hang her on barbed wire. Mujib was a pure dictator, he dismissed all the political parties & created bakshal. Keep your indian opinion among yourselves & try to understand the people of Bangladesh.

Maybe because Bangladesh is the 4th remittance donar country of India and India does not want to lose the duck that laid the golden egg.
Let me tell you some interesting facts-
1. Awami League was not founded by Mujib
2. Mujib was never a big name or contribution to the language movement
3. There was/is no written or recorded evidence that existed/ exists of Mujib declaring independence of BD
4. The decision of pak army to surrender to India was since muktibahini was not a country's army, so they were not bound to follow international laws. Which could result in the loss of all 93000 troops of pak. But India was a country and they followed laws and helped pak troops return to pak.
5. India took all the weapons left behind by pak army which were supposed to stay on BD for their further security
6. India had exacted compensation from pak which was supposed to be shared with BD ,but india did not give BD its share
7. Mujib announced the abolition of democracy a few years after independence
8. Mujib was officially declared the Father of the Bengali Nation in 2011, 40 years after independence, which was opposed by many

True. Dictatorship has no role in a modern, growing democracy. Let's stop destroying property and go back to democracy.

Unfortunately this episode is not helping much to understand the history. We were told that SMR is founding father of Bangladesh. I get many conflicting information. 1) few people say, he was not so, 2) few people agree with this but blames later version of SMR which was dangerous and autocratic unlike former version of SMR. Another fact, SMR's whole family was assassinated by 1975! Was SMR totally a liability or the later version? Again another fact, his daughter who was narrowly escaped, become PM in 1996, 2009-2024 but has been blamed for her autocratic nature and she left the own country. So many UPs and Downs. Even though it's internal matter of Bangladesh but we have been taught that India has helped Bangladesh during its independence, so I would like to understand what is the actual truth? Friends, you should understand that I am not defending anyone but I would like to know the truth who was wrong/right in past and who is wrong/right at present. Honesty is the prerequisite which I am expecting from the readers.
The world needs more and more people like you, people who thirst for truth. Keep going, all the best. 💜
In short I can say that, SMR was famous but coward, History of Bangladesh is not written according to the real time but country like India and Pakistan made there own history.
SMR is more dangerous than Sheikh Hasina during 1972-1975. He made his own para military force to defend people who were opposed the things he was doing. If SMR succeed South Asia will face another North Korea. SMR tried to made BAKSHAL( Only SMR family will rule). Even his party people opposed him and get killed.SMR sons raped the many Army’s wife but SMR did not take any action.1973 more than 10 lakh people died due to not getting food, but SMR arranged his birthday party and his sons marriage ceremony with 100 crore taka during emergency period.
He was not the part of 1971 Liberation War. 25 march 1971, Tajuddin Ahmed ( Former prime minister of Bangladesh) wrote the script of declaration and request the SMR to read that and declaring. But SMR refused and decline the offer. SMR got the the signals from party leader and Bengal Army that he will get arrested if he didnot fled from the current house and lead the Bangladesh .SMR kept his clothes in luggage and ready to go in jail(Coward). He even don’t know how Bangladesh won the war. He went to jail because if Bangladesh loose the war and SMR will never became the PM of Pakistan.
If sheikh Hasina is true leader and served the country, why she need to fled away?
If we divide SMR's life into two parts:
In the first, until March 24, 1971, he was the most popular political figure in East Pakistan, fighting for the rights of his people and leading them in their aspiration to break free from Pakistan.
In the second, he surrendered to the Pakistani army instead of leading the war, leaving his people defenseless in the face of bullets. After independence, during his four-year tenure, he betrayed the people's democratic aspirations. He was responsible for the deaths of 40,000 opposition members, while the corruption of his party members led to a devastating famine in 1974, claiming thousands of lives. Ultimately, he became a dictator by introducing a one-party state (BAKSAL) and declaring himself president for life.
Yet, the people of Bangladesh have big hearts. When SMR was assassinated along with his family, they did not justify the killing of his family members. Instead, they later voted for Hasina, his daughter.
Now, what we see is Hasina's karma. She carried out all her misdeeds under the banner of SMR, and now, both she and the Awami League-including SMR’s legacy-are paying the price.
The history relating to Bangladesh is interwind with complex philosophical, economic and political issues. It is so complex that you get only more confused by reading the comments of the viewers who are only partially informed or misinformed or biased toward any of either directions from personal motivation and choice. So you need to study published materials a lot to gain a true and unbiased understanding.

An important question remains unanswered: Why did Sheikh Mujibur Rahman stay at his residence at 32 Dhanmondi, Dhaka, on the evening of March 25, 1971, while all other Awami League leaders left East Pakistan to join the Liberation War?
One possible argument is that Sheikh Mujib still aspired to become the Prime Minister of Pakistan, given that his party had secured a landslide victory in the 1970 general elections. While he was undoubtedly the leading voice for Bangladesh’s independence, he was not directly involved as a frontline freedom fighter.
That same evening, Bangladesh’s first Prime Minister, Tajuddin Ahmed, visited Mujib’s residence, urging him to leave Dhaka with him. However, Mujib refused-not only declining to leave but also refusing to provide a written declaration of Bangladesh’s independence.
This raises a critical question: Was Sheikh Mujibur Rahman truly the Father of Bangladesh?
Bangladesh concept is nothing but sugar coating idea , because during 1940 Mujibur Rahman was child prodigy of Hussain Shahid Sohrawarthy who instigated as well as conducted communal violence against Hindus during great Calcutta killing and Noakhali riot , after partition of India due to conflict of political interest Mujib came out from Muslim League and established Awami Muslim League (to get Hindu minority vote that's why 'Muslim' terminology was dropped from that organization , emerged as Awami League )if Mujib would be appointed as Prime minister of undivided Pakistan as leader of majority party , East Pakistan would never be separated (it was happened to fulfill Mujib's political ambition) , so we Hindu community can say Awami League and Bangladesh Nationalist Party are both of same feather flock together (to manifest Jamayet e Islami's political plan of action nothing more than that, Hindus security is endangered under ruling since 1947 August ).

Mujib was the absolute icon of politics in Bengal between 1966 to 1971, when eclipsed his guru Maulana Bhashani, though he owe his rise to him and his release from jail.
Do your research, please.

How he became the PM of free Bangladesh without any election and created a one party state and created a personal security force called "Rokkhibahini" to oppress the people and other political parties? Mujib started fascism in Bangladesh and Hasina completed it.
No, you are wrong sir. the event you stated about Ziaur Rahman was taken place from 25 March to 29 March 1971. Ziaur Rahman declared independence on 26 and 27 March through Chittagong Radio Station. That declaration of independence through radio was listened by many people.
But declaration of independence by Mujib from his home in Dhaka nobody heard, beacuse no peole or media was present thetr. This narrative added later and debatabe whether it is thrue or not.
That would imply Ziaur Rahman committed a coup in 1971 against Pakistan. Sheikh Mujib was elected by the people but denied his PM seat by Yahya Khan. Ziaur Rahman didn't have any authority to declare independence.
The last time Bangladesh went berserk was when it was still East Pakistan. Back then, it led to a massive refugee problem for India and triggered a genocide not seen since WW2 (by some account deemed worse than even the Armenian genocide).
Democracy and Islam don't mix... Bdesh was only ever fit to be a military dictatorship and after ten million casualties, it again will. India has nothing but extreme challenges to look forward to from here and that was the precise idea.
@GaiaTheia-j5r Islam doesn't mix with humans or anything else!! No wonder Hitler's chose M as allies!!
Sheikh mujib more famous in India 😂😂😂😂
Noone knows him except some people who read news.
Sheikh Hasina’s ruthless regime massacred 2,000 students in the July Uprising, proving once again that she is nothing but a power-hungry dictator who has ruled through oppression, corruption, and bloodshed for 15 years. After being rejected by every country, she found refuge in India, where she is now actively plotting to destabilize Bangladesh. The people of Bangladesh have had enough-her fascist structures are being torn down, and history will remember her as a tyrant who betrayed her own nation.
Yes, let democracy strive in Bangladesh. Let Hasina come to Bangladesh and lose the election.
@sanjeevvlog8632 Hasina will never return because she knows she is responsible for the killing of innocent lives and will have to face trial. As an Awami League supporter, I believe she must be held accountable for her crimes, and the party should be led by honest and dedicated leaders who truly serve the people.
Very good action by Nobel prize winner Mohd Yunis with Dhaka University students! Proving they are more Islamic than Arabs & Pakistan. Bangladesh is a leader only if they make Urdu a compulsory language.

Absolutely! Even so-called enlightened journalists like Shekhar Gupta cannot recognise or say that this is nothing but an Islamic revolution..
Can't you see the symbols - Buldozer, demolition of 'monuments'.. Is it clear now - Buldozer is in response to Yogi's Buldozer action.. Demolition of monuments is in response to the demolition of Babri Masjid..
The anger that these people feel hearing about events in India perceived to be anti-muslim - Buldozer action, Beef ban, Masjid surveys, lynching people involved in cattle trade, Grand Ram Mandir inauguration, new Waqf bill - is grossly and roundly underestimated..
The whole anti Hasina revolution is in fact an Anti India action, just short of going to war against India.. Yunis may not be a part of it but he is definitely happy to watch it comfortably from the sidelines 😢😢

Dear Fair minded Indians,
Here are the Facts:
From 32 Dhanmondi, Mujib cancelled Democratic system and formed DICTATORIAL 1 PARTY SYSTEM WHERE HE DECLARED HIMSELF TO BE PRIME MINISTER until death.
From the same 32, Hasina' s FACIST period started and lasted for16 BRUTAL YEARS until people revolted in 2024. She was ALWAYS fully supported and at the end RESCUED by INDIA .
Even now with India's help she has been threatening with mass killing and burning of the the country.
32 was expanded to a massive Museum complex using illeagal funds through robbing the country
Today people are finding massive torture chambers several floors under the ground.
It has been the symbol of ALL EVIL since 1971, and therefore the nation is delighted to see it demolished finally.
Now India needs to send HER and her co conspirators back to Dhaka to face FAIR TRIAL IN PUBLIC.
PLEASE SUPPORT OUR LEGITIMATE RIGHT. Thank you.
Who has provided a helicopter to sheik hasina to come to India. It is your own beloved army chief despite knowing everything. So your army is equally responsible for this.
@pratikkumar3844 Your argument is very fair. Indeed Hasina's Rescue mission was planned even days before August 5th by highest ranking offucials in New Delhi and Dhaka. Due to international concern Bangladesh Army helicopter was used just to carry her outside the border and Indian military planes even provided security of the helicopter within Indian teritory. The bottom line is INDIA provided all the logistical support for her to stay in power as dictator, rescued her when failed and even today to create chaos in Bangladesh from Indian soil. This has made the entire Bangladeshi people extremely angry towards Indian political establishment and media. I, like many others hope we can live as good neighbor with mutual respect and dependency. Thank you.
@@Patsudev could you please explain what logistical support India has provided to hasina for her to remain in power as a dictator?
Gopinath Bordoloi the first CM of Assam prevented plebiscite in Assam and could have done the same for Sylhet but he did not because he knew in 1947 what Bangladesh is and what Bangladesh will grow into
You are meticulously describing what she said in her recent lecture but you avoided technically what she did in last 16 years to Bangladesh and Bangladeshi citizens. She led the the most brutal government in the history of Bangladesh. Please be honest while describing history. It was Sheikh mujib who changed the constitution and made one man one party called "Bakshal". His father was responsible for first extra judicial in murder of a political leader in Bangladesh.
You are wrong even in your first statement... Shiekh Mujeeb was founder of no new party.. Awami League has its origins as the Sahurwardi faction of Pakistan Muslim League. It was originally known as Awami Muslim League.. Sahurwardi later briefly the Prime Minister of Pakistan the right hand man of Jinnah was populist and left leaning.. So whatever you are talking is complete bullshit and fake history.... loool

Sadly as simple as giving respect to the greatest Bengali of all time it turned into worshipping, which even Mujib didn't want during his rule, 72 and 75 mistakes cannot be even blame to him since his problems always originated from something else unlike his daughter who created her mistakes and used his name at front to do whatever she wanted, Dhanmondi 32 was a historical site during the times of 70's election where people discussed on how to get freedom, Anti Discrimination Students are going to far, they thing 2024 has more importance than 1971 war, they think Mujib was a fascist dictator during his time but they will never learn that he was only just a poor statemen that simply couldn't bare the burden of the nation created by Pakistan when they destroyed 66% of what was already industrialized in the country, looted all the cars, destroyed crops in villages and destroyed villages to the ground, looted from Chittagong Port, and created the burden carried by refugees who lost their home. Even now it is not like Yunus's govt tuned Bangladesh into Singapore or Dubai that they think it is, having food on the table is more important than deciding whether we should use glass or plastic jug or plastic bag instead of jute bag and instead of focusing on the main villain connected with Pakistan ISI ( Jamat Shibir) they are focusing on a party that ruined their good name already and are broke, they forgot Awami League is no longer any threat since all the leaders are quiet for now.

If Pakistan is a Banana Republic already, India and Bangladesh are aspiring contenders rushing for th3 second position
I think India is in denial about the recent tragedy in Bangladesh that anybody with average intelligence would have seen, whether in India or in Bangladesh. No doubt Pakistan is salivating at India's discomfiture. India's support for Hasina and her government is well known amongst people who care about the politics of the subcontinent. Many issues, including socio-economic and governance have come to fore. In short, most Bangladeshis consider the relationship with India to be not one of intense friendship but of a cruel hegemon manipulating a most weak and pliable woman, deemed to have been tutored in Indian ways during her sojourn in India. We in Bangladesh have not seen anything in mainstream Indian media (popularly termed (Godi Media) that gives us any comfort that this episode is just a blip and good relations is just round the corner. Bangladesh needs a reset of our relationship with India, a heart to heart talk about matters that are most important to our peoples, and for India not to engage, or seen to be engaging, in "my way or the highway" attitude that is unfortunately in full display at the present time. Regretfully, I remain hopeful.
I have no sympathy left for Hasina
Pls Keep Sheikh Hasina & arrange a marriage ceremony with Modi. We are very happy to see that. 😂😂😂😂😂
PTI as a party is not the mass murderer. There was no mass non-political uprising against PTI. Whereas Awamileague is a mass murderer, election robber, served Indian interests over their own country's interest. And of course India supported her as a result. In July, there was uprising of Non-Political population against Awamileague.
FACT ABOUT MUJIB: Mujib indeed is the first dictator in Bangladesh by creating a one party state after 1972. But Mujib was always been a respected person, if not all but majority respected him earlier because of his contribution before 71. But it is Hasina who spread that Mujib liberated us, Mujib is the only one, Mujib created Bangladesh, demolishing others contribution (such as Mukti Bahini, Osmani, Sector Commanders, Bhashani etc), every institutions, bridges, roads, buildings are being built with the name of Mujib and other family members of Sheikh. BECAUSE OF HER, MUJIB IS NOW HAS BECOME A FASCIST CULT FIGURE. PEOPLE NOW STARTED BRINGING MORE INSIGHT OF "MUJIB AFTER 72" instead of "MUJIB BEFORE 71". IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF HASINA MASS PEOPLE STARTED HATING EVERYTHING OF HASINA.
On the other hand, Mahatma Gandhi was accepted by all. He was secular. He didn't become any prime minister. He didn't make India any one party state. He didn't become any dictator like Mujib. He didn't come to the power and wanted to suppress opponents. There are contested history about 47, but in general Mahatma Gandhi has o hater. SO MUJIB AND GANDHI IS NOT THE SAME.

Why?
Indira Gandhi declared that the Two-Nation Theory had drowned in the Bay of Bengal following the creation of Bangladesh. However, history has shown that rather than being buried, the theory re-emerged from Bangladesh with even greater significance. The events surrounding the partition of India and the later secession of East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) only reinforced the reality that religious and cultural differences played a crucial role in shaping the subcontinent.

I will request you to make a episode 1972 to 1975 because Indian people’s will know true story. In 1971 why War happened? Because of Democracy. 1971 25th March Shekh Mujib arrested and then who lead 71 war with help of India? After War end Mujib came Bangladesh 1972 and Banned all party and He formed BAKSAL and one part like Kingdom. Now 2009 to 2024 Shekh Hasina same followed her fathers rules and she is the one of top dictator in the world. July'24 protest Hasina killed almost 2000 people, 20000 injured, lost leg, eyes. If Hasina hanged on 100 times then Bangladeshi people’s will not forgive her.
Please check your work - Mujib did not declare the Bangladesh independence; instead he denied to declare independence before arrested
Bangladesh owes its independence to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Sheikh Mujib was the undisputed leader of the Bengalee Struggle for Self-determination and the glorious Liberation War. The Awami League under the charismatic leadership of Sheikh Mujib won the absolute majority (167 out of 300 seats) in the Pakistan National Assemble held on December 7, 1970. Sheikh Mujib's lieutenants led the Bangladesh Liberation War in his name while Mujib was imprisoned in Pakistan. In 1970 Pakistan had two units namely East and West Pakistan and Awami League had secured 167 of the 169 National Assembly seats allocated for the eastern wing of Pakistan.
We don't have mob rule in India ,lately ? Are you serious Shkhar Gupta ?
General Sahibzada Iskander Ali Mirza, a Bengali, was the president of Pakistan in 1955. The Awami League Party was founded by Huseyn Suhrawardy in February 1950. Pir of Manki Sharif, Khan Ghulam Mohammad Khan, Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani, and Yar Mohammad Khan. Mujib was the bodyguard of Suhrawardy and joined the party later. To Bangladeshis, Mujib was a power-hungry leader who abolished all opposition after returning from Pakistan after the formation of Bangladesh, got rid of press freedom, nationalized private industries and banks, ended democracy, and established himself as an autocratic dictator. Mujib did not participate in the freedom struggle during the 1971 freedom war. His family was enjoying the protection of Pakistani military rule in East Pakistan. His house was a symbol of corruption and atrocities. His daughter, Hasina, has reigned with terror, murder, and disappearances of thousands of citizens as a corrupt bloodthirsty autocratic dictator embezzling trillions of dollars. It is a shame and sad that India is not only hiding a criminal fugitive in the country violating a mutual treaty with Bangladesh, but giving the criminal a public platform in the media to spread fabricated lies about Bangladesh and against the present government. Hasina murdered thousands of innocent unarmed peaceful student protestors and maimed thousands more before she fled to India. The situation in Bangladesh is much better now.
"Considering India went against major forces like America to get independence to Bangladesh inspite of getting direct attack threats from US, it’s obvious that India would be watching closely how Bangladesh is turning into a failed state terror like Pakistan. There are so many precedences in the world for such so called revolution leading to the country becoming a hub for terror and instability: Libya, Syria, Egypt etc too had gone in the same direction. Most countries never recover!"
India has created a Frankestaine called Hasina and this Frankestaine will...
The problem is: Hasina's return makes the way for India to dictate her to follow the script written by RAW.
You are absolutely wrong. The following is taken from Wikipedia.
Description
The ground floor of the house had a drawing room, reading room and kitchen. The drawing room was used for political discussions, and since the house became a museum, it housed a gallery[21]. Going up to the second floor, Sheikh Hasina's bed room was the first one. Also on the second floor were the bed rooms of Mujib, Sheikh Jamal, Sheikh Kamal and Sheikh Rehana. Adjacent to his bed room was a room where Mujib used to watch television and eat meals with his family[22]. The museum housed Sheikh Russel's possessions such as balls, aquariums, toys and watches. There was also a souvenir shop.[23] It had a virtual section that could guide visitors on a virtual tour of the house. This virtual section also had a showcase that contained several important and historical documents.[24] The new section of the museum had a gallery named 'Sheikh Lutfar Rahman and Sheikh Sayera Khatun Gallery', after the parents of Bangabandhu.[21] There was a library and a research center in the extended part.[10] There was a room here which Sheikh Mujib used as a salon where he often meet visitors and guests. A cyclostyle was installed here after 7 March 1971 which was used by Mujib. There was a personal library room too, from which Bangabandhu declared the independence of Bangladesh by wireless. This room with a telephone was damaged by Pakistani army firing on 25 March 1971. At the entrance to the building was a reception hall on the ground floor which was used for official purposes. While other rooms of the museum were open for visitors, Sheikh Hasina's bed room, store room and waiting room were closed.[10]
Shekharji, this is exactly what the politics of hate does. You do not agree with Bangladeshi Muslims demolishing a national icon of a building, while the State stood aside.
You can start thinking about how you tend to side with such atrocities - or simply refrain from commenting - when a similar demolition happens in India, supported, like this one clearly, by the State.
what was the sense in wasting 20 minutes on Pakistani Generals ? Why you are twisting or shying away from the original question: Why indian govt is bent upon not sending Hasina Wajid back to her country, Bangladesh ? If she is innocent, let the judiciary in Bangladesh decide it and not india !! Only then things will go better unless you want things to become real bad in Bangladesh !! typical indian mentality !!
Just tell Sheikh Hasina to stay quiet before she tried or else her Father's Tomb will be next.
It is correct that East Pakistanis were feeling discrimination during the Ayub regime psychologically from which India took advantage of projecting Sheikh Mujib who created hatred in the majority of Bengalis against West Pakistanis. Mujib proved himself a powerful politician but a failed administrator.
