@@fatguyonalittlebike3336The car wasn't stolen. The owner was arrested for running away from the bad guys with guns just like the soccer coach did. Owner of the g wagon was arrested for obstruction which is a secondary offense. That will be dropped because there was no crime there besides the police charging law abiding citizens with guns drawn who presented no threat to them. BACK THE BLUE UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU. There was no crime committed by the non cops.
After reading the video title, who else thought the original owner of the car was arrested? (as in, they reported the car stolen to commit insurance fraud), when it's actually a new owner who was arrested.
Not really, there’s literally thousands of videos on UA-cam of people running from the police and 90% of the time they ARE GUILTY 💀 and also he wasn’t “running” from them he moved away from the scene bc he didint want them thinking he was involved, if he would’ve stayed in his Honda he would’ve been golden 😭
the cop interrogating the coach is actually slow. he explained everything and then asked “how do you know those guys tho??” like no way you hear his story and make a connection with a random dude parked next to him
Obviously this was an insurance scam. The guy buys a non-drivable vehicle, insures it as a working vehicle, then has someone drive it away after reporting it stolen. Had the police not been alerted to the location, the car would have ended up at a chop shop (probably the same shop that held it for months) and the owner would have gotten an insurance payout.
It boggles the mind how the cops didn’t pick up on that. It’s one of the most common crimes there is in cities. There are dozens of seedy “repair shops” or used tire shops that are really chop shops in every big city. I’m in Indy, population around 1 million, & know of several even though I’ve never been involved in any kind of automobile crimes.
The fact that it was the Supervisor who bragged to the innocent bystander that he would mess him up, if the bystander gave the cop a reason to, tells us everything we need to know about what is wrong with law enforcement today. Earning the hate!
he didn’t brag that he would mess him up, he said he would “do what he has to do” that doesn’t implicate anything other then if resisted it wouldn’t go the east way.
How are they both innocent, when one of them was driving a stolen vehicle and had a stolen gun (which he acknowledged having possession of) This happened in Georgia. In Georgia receiving stolen property over $1500 is a felony and under is a misdemeanor. I understand not charging him with the felony for vehicle, because he wasn’t receiving it, just merely transporting it. However, he did receive the gun which is a crime. As for the Honda driver, he’s the only one of the 3 potential suspects that did not implement himself in anyway. If you wanted to call this shitty police work, you’d have no arguments from me. But to say the driver of the Mercedes was innocent simply isn’t true. Also the Honda drive never even implied that the other driver was guilty. All he said was “look at him, look at me” that could and would likely imply that: Do they look like associates?
@JamesWilliams-tk3nq Did you even watch the full video? That was a stupid assumption. The gun was bought via private sale and was not stolen. The vehicle infact was not stolen as the guy in the red shirt was the legal registered owner who bought the car from auction. The guy in the red shirt was only test driving the car but red shirt must have called him because it still had his dealer tags in the car. They were meeting for blue shirt to receive temporary tags and to get his dealer plates back. The owner was arrested because he ran so far without good explanation.
@@kurtcrafton God you can’t fix stupid. I just watch it now for a SECOND time, so I’m not going to spend too much time doing your thinking for you. 13:20 in, cop confirmed that that the gun IS stolen. 17:30 in, Mercedes driver acknowledges “I bought it 3rd party, from a friend, I KNOW ITS STOLEN” So it sounds like YOU should probably be the one to watch the entire video. As for making a “stupid assumption” you’re the one that assumed the Honda driver was implying that the Mercedes driver was guilty. Just like how you’re now assuming the vehicle is “not stolen” Because I’ll be straight with you, it’s awfully suspicious that the red shirt “legal owner” 🥴 would report the vehicle stolen then tell the Mercedes driver to meet him at the park so they can swap out the tags. And you want to talk to me about making assumptions. I mean seriously, do you hear yourself right now?! Because it’s hard to take you seriously.
The two vehicles were alone in the back of a parking area. The police are going to assume the people are together until they have the time to figure out what's going on. From his perspective he saw guns drawn on the other guy and wanted to get out of the way in case a shooting happened. From the police perspective they drive up and 1 of 2 people that are next to a stolen vehicle starts running. 99% of the time someone running is trying to flee arrest. There really isn't a good way for this scenario to play out. He runs from gunfire and becomes a temporary suspect. Or he stays and risks getting shot if the guy decided to shoot with the cops.
@@Insertnamehereplzsued maybe fired not even close bro. I know it sounds and looks bad once they found out he’s innocent but officers were in their investigatory right when they arrived.

They aren’t taking chances, this is life or death, all these car thieves have guns.
@@MrGwokgettercorrect. They had to investigate to figure out what was going on. They knew the G wagon was stolen but they don't know who else is part of it. The cars were parked side by side in the back of the parking lot. The police have to assume the people near it are together until they can do an investigation. Because the white guy tried to run, to get out of the possible gunfire, the other police went into the park to look for a runner. The police in the park lucked out and saw the owner run from the police. The cops near the vehicle are confused because they caught the guy they thought tried to run. The cops in the park didn't know who they were looking for and just happened to stumble onto the owner because of his guilty conscience. It is a complicated chain of events that required investigating multiple people to figure out what happened. In the end they figured out what happened. Innocent people do get caught up in stuff like this until police can figure out what happened. Police can't read minds and criminals lie daily so the cop can't take someone's word, they have to investigate.

The guy in the Honda had a pretty reasonable response by running. I mean, if you have a load of cops coming in your direction with guns drawn, you know that there is another person who you are not associated with in close proximity to you, and you know that the police are not there for you, I think it would be prudent to get out of the way. That guy had absolutely zero context as to why the cops were there in the first place, for all he knew, the guy in the Mercedes could’ve had a gun and been in the middle of a massive killing spree. getting out of the line of fire is the smart thing to do. He wasn’t running from the cops, he was running away from a dangerous situation. There’s a massive difference.
@fionacoffey9674 Bingo. You can't count on the cops not accidentally hitting you or killing you with stray bullets. I'd run to get out of the way as well.
Others would argue if he got shot, then it's his fault for running. "If you're innocent, what you running for"? He (the suspect) posed no threat to the officers. No firearms, or weapons on him, no threatening behaviour yet the other guy still feared for his life. Just a light on how people really see the police, trigger happy.
@@atyourbest5385 He had no reason to believe that the person next to him wasn’t a crazed lunatic who could have harmed him or taken him hostage, or he could have ended up in a firefight. He regressed to a flight response, and that’s very normal under the circumstances.

How. He took off running when police pulled up. I get he was scared but the police still has a job to do. Unfortunately for him wrong place at the wrong time.
For those in the comment sections that seem to be confused as to how he received a stolen weapon and a stolen vehicle many of these sellers Across the Nation in the US are constantly selling weapons and vehicles without recieving proper documents or without a title. As long as they get the money for the product they could care less where they got it from. It is becoming a very large problem in the United States. While these officers did a decent job at ascertaining the truth - if it were a white person responding to the questions passing time which seemed like hours - they would’ve booked the white people immediately. These were relatively SIMPLE questions ANY person w automotive sales experience can account for. Hearing the guy at the end ask if there is any way he could not be charged with obstruction was the biggest icing on the cake to me. Seriously oblivious to what seemed to me like hours passing. Or the fact that he nearly hemmed up a guy nearby who had NOTHING to do with this trying to coach children for soccer practice! On top of the fact theyre making a scene in front of parents and children now trying to practice soccer at a nearby field. This was actually the dumbest thing I’ve seen for some time…too bad we don’t know the name for this auto business of chamblee ga. I know it’s not in my bucket list of businesses to deal with holy shit !
So, are you saying if cops started shooting from all direction in case the suspect pulled a gun, the white dude just should've hoped that one of the bullets doesn't accidentally hit him?
It's actually a normal reaction, until someone black does it and it is suppose to make sense to stand in one spot while people jump out of vehicles with guns.
It's scary that these officers were ready to take a soccer teachers life because some criminal parks near him. Sounds like illegal detainment for this person too.
It’s even worse … because with that reaction, he is clearly in the mentally challenged spectrum of IQ. The cops did a good job of detaining him, though. Through this interaction, they established that he should require an adult handler to accompany him in public and be responsible for him.
I’m glad we’re all on the same page. They really didn’t care at all. They should be focused on the criminal, not the damn car that has nothing to do with the case. They treated this man disgustingly. Anyone should understand that anyone would remove themselves from a situation that doesn’t guarantee your safety. That man was in the fatal funnel.
Considering nobody was arrested for the stolen vehicle, it sounds like red shirt bought the vehicle from someone who still owed on it ( since he stated it had a lien on it) and that person didn’t pay it off the dealership reported it stolen. The reason they had different stories is because neither knew what was going on and didn’t wanna say anything that might get their friend in trouble. Red shirt had papers for the car, so person he bought it from is probably gonna be the one in trouble for selling a vehicle with a lien
Ok finally I was so lost you are smart an a good listener I thought it was a stolen car bought an that kid was the driver but it makes so much sense whoever owned it didn't want to pay the bill anymore so he sold but the genius who bought it would never get the pink slip unless he paid it off so the dealership didn't get paid an reported it stolen how did the guy not get arrested for having a stolen gun any other person gets locked up for having a dirty gun
I don't know if he meant that racially. Have to give him the benefit of the doubt. He was scared out of his mind. For all any of us know, the guy who is the soccer coach clearly frequents that park, may have seen or heard things in the past. He may have already had an idea from seeing him previously that he was up to something shady. He may have simply meant to imply that he is a kids coach there for that, and this guy was there for something shady based on previous knowledge. When people are scared, things don't always come out right. I learned long ago that words aren't always what people mean when under stress. Can't call someone a racist in a moment to scared, excited utterance.
When people are scared, they speak from raw emotions. He didn't say look at me I coach soccer with children, he said I am not a threat look at me and look at him. Because he didn’t do anything wrong and is afraid he might say something to get his friend in trouble. He eventually told the truth, there’s a reason he wasn’t arrested
I feel like there is a stolen car ring mixed up in this. Why didn't the owner just pick it up from the shop that was only 5 minutes away? Why was the driver not given any info, even about who was to receive the car? Seems very sketchy. Buy a messed up car, report it stolen, sell it to someone under the table, then collect insurance money. Fraud. Then again, maybe just a bunch of people who have no idea how to properly do business. No wonder everyone was confused.
"He only ran about 15 feet" "before I got him". Cop acts like he had to do a flying tackle to stop him. The guy stopped running because he was out of the line of fire 🙄 Edit: Approximately 4:19
Police showed up for a stolen car. Guy in car next to stolen car sees guns and wants to get away for his safety, cops see him flee and assume he is part of the crime until they find out otherwise. The police called out a runner but didn't call out they caught him quickly so other cops are walking around looking for someone they don't need to be looking for. Which brings us to a 3rd guy sees cops and assumes they know something so he runs. Police see him run and assume he is involved somehow because they were not told they already caught the runner. They knew nothing about him, if he didn't run he wouldn't have been caught. Guilty conscience got him caught. 3rd guy is doing some type of fraud or something and the cops wouldn't have even looked at him if he didn't run. How are they both innocent, when one of them was driving a stolen vehicle and had a stolen gun (which he acknowledged having possession of)
This happened in Georgia.
All he said was “look at him, look at me” that could and would likely imply that:
Do they look like associates?

Exactly! That cop deserves to be fired and sued for unlawful search and illegal detainment

Wow I would be suing them he still aggressive with him even after he told them who he was this was absolute bs I am so upset…I actually wanted to move to Georgia but after watching this I’m not even visiting
Thank God do not move to Georgia. We are FULL.
I wish more people would have your attitude and stay the HELL out of Georgia.
We do not want any more OUT OF TOWN people here.
Move to Switzerland.
You definitely don't want to move to Georgia
Or Florida
6:33 over the radio had me laughing

I love how the cops not once went to “the shop” that’ a minute down the road 😂😂
How do you know they didn't? We aren't privy to the entire investigation. You look like a fool.
I would’ve gotten out of the line of fire too!! Unbelievable
Poor coach. He reacted like a true G though. 😆 🤣 😂
I would have run out the way too, you think i want to be in the crossfire? How difficult is that to understand? They treated the friggin criminal better than then did the innocent bystander.
We gonna talk about how bro dodged all those questions???😂
“I was getting out of the line of fire”
Literally runs INTO the line of fire 🤣🤦♂️
Coach was way too nice. Kept his cool in the face of danger.
a racist coach! "look at him, look at me"
He was in shock while still being racist 😂
So the innocent bystander is the bad guy? Cool story....
@@cliffhigh8168was we wrong?
Guess he thought if shots were fired he could outrun bullets?
It looks like they are stealing cars from repair shops then selling them.
No
Nah they buying cars with other people personal information
He said look at me and look at him but who's the one running😂😂
I understand that the coach wasnt a part of it, but did he have to say that? " Look at him and look at me. I'm not a threat."
Said that to a black officer too I’m pretty sure? Lol
God the dude explained wtf he was doing there and why he tried to get away like 4 or 5 times, they were just half listening to him which is ridiculous.
they do that to see if your story changes
They rarely listen to what makes sense
bro this arresting officer is a complete joke. inferiority complex and takes it out on anyone he comes into contact with.
it makes my blood boil seeing how they treat innocent people. disgraceful
Cop comes after him with gun drawn. Then asks why he ran.
He ran thru 3 counties. If he had just stop, he probably would have gotten a warning. You can't fix stupid.
The kid seemed truthful but hesitant cause he didn’t want to be a rat
I could tell immediately the coach wasn't running away from the police...poor guy was just trying to get out the damn way!
The cop laughing at the innocent man is just absolutely disgusting. He did nothing, he removed himself from being possibly shot by these gun happy police officers.
Certainly traumatic for the innocent man and all the cop does is berate him and laugh. Shows the caliber of those hired to enforce our laws.
They were laughing because the cop on the other side of the radio left his finger on the button while saying “put your hands behind your back mfer”
i remember a video of a teen being shot because he was in the line of fire to a criminal they were chasing into a music school. People said he should have had the wherewithal to remove himself from the situation. Now we have someone who does exactly that...and he still gets messed over. Ridiculous.
I'm glad you were there personally and have first hand knowledge of what exactly happened and why the officer laughed. Good job!
Look at him look at me, what does that suppose to mean! He’s complying , you ran! 🤷🏽♀️
It means he's negro
You know exactly what he means
Dude in the BLue is not telling the truth and not answering questions straight forward....
Because he didn’t do anything wrong and is afraid he might say something to get his friend in trouble. He eventually told the truth, there’s a reason he wasn’t arrested
Thank you. He kept avoiding all the questions.
Hopefully the coach sues them.
Everybody in trouble always has bad shoulders, arms, legs, and knees
😂 😂
How did the LPR get a hit that far away? Seems odd to me.
Yea , make it make sense cause the whole thing is a headache 😂😂😂
Dude said “look at him , “look at me “ 👀😂 ok that’s why you’re on the ground in hand cuffs now
“Look at him & look at me” if that ain’t privilege idk what is !
Well turned out to be true so....
@chuyistheshiz6811 Your reasoning is flawed.
he was wearing soccer attire at a soccer field riding in a soccer mom mobile. yea, look
Guy in the blue knew exactly what was going on, he knew that if he rats out the other guy bad shit will happen to him
lol a G-Wagon for $4k? seems entirely plausible lololol
They all need to be shown a few videos where real cops know how to speak, treat people. Training has failed with these guys.
Unfortunately they did exactly as trained.
It's crazy to have guns drawn on you and still not let go of your vape 😂😅
"He only ran about 15 feet" "before I got him". Cop acts like he had to do a flying tackle to stop him. The guy stopped running because he was out of the line of fire 🙄
Edit: Approximately 4:19
Im totally confused. Can someone tell me what exactly went down?? Cause I'm totally confused 😕. I bet the police officers to this day are too !!! 😅😂😊
Glad it's not just me 😂
Police showed up for a stolen car.
Very complicated chain of events that is confusing for everyone including the cops.
@@QargZer thank you 😊 🙏 💓 ☺️ 💖 😘
@@QargZer Well explained! A short video people are viewing from home compared to the real life experience cannot even be explained. Though you have many people on here with lots of opinions lol with zero experience or a clue on what is the law and how the law works.

These cops are out of control.
The alleged thief is just fine though, huh??
@@DrivenA111 Is that what you heard me say? Really?
@@glennwatson3313 I saw your lack of saying anything while calling out the profession we actually need, yes really.
@@DrivenA111 So you think when I said the cops were out of control this also means the car thief was a good man. Is that what you think I meant?
Let me see if I can explain it to you. I doubt I will have any success but what the heck.
The cops were visibly out of control because they attacked, threatened and handcuffed and held an obviously innocent man, i.e the white soccer coach.
Why is this hard for you to understand?
@@glennwatson3313 You speak condescendingly about by lack of comprehension when your first sentence was absolutely ridiculous to write, considering my previous comment. Can you read?? Bye

They questioning the soccer coach like he’s a criminal 😂
Dude completely explained his story cops still didn't care had nothing to do with the guys innocence there so roboted they treat everyone like hardened criminals including elderly and school teachers coaches etc they expect there elite ..
You would hate to be a black youth in America, this is a norm.
@@SSMONT3CARLOeveryday
Both the times you use the word there in your sentence would be better as their, the second there could also be correct as they're. The guys innocence isn't roboted its the cops.
@@SSMONT3CARLOexcept the coach was White. It's a cultural attitude of black Americans.
@@SSMONT3CARLOthis is the norm for everyone with bad cops (of which there are many). Every person that crosses their path is just someone they are looking for a reason to arrest. And some want to rough us up too. Race is largely irrelevant.
Saw two black cops harassing white homeless veteran and the male lied about his dog biting him, it’s a dog he had for medical reasons, and the cop tased the dog who ran off and got hit by a car. And not a thing happened to them and the DA slandered the veteran in their statement about doing nothing to those morons.
I’m sure this was a sign of torture. When he asked if he was willing to talk, the suspect said no. The officer said no problem, he then shut his vehicle off and put him in the back seat. Eventually it’s going to get hot up there.
They are in the shade in late September with the window down I’m pretty sure it wasn’t uncomfortable in the car
This confusing
"So having these rights in mind - what's going on with this?" Is that how it is supposed to go, or are they supposed to ask if they want to speak without a lawyer present?
That's why I don't park or let people park next to me .
