Growing up in South Florida and elsewhere I remember as a boy staying up listening to Hurricanes and Topical Storms…..great times.
i went to bed ASAP because it would get too warm if the power went out and would take time to setup a generator and power lines, better to sleep while its cold. worst hurricane season, went 3 weeks without power. not fun, our houses are designed to be cooled with AC.
Saaaame! And now I can't go to sleep without listening to the chaos lol
That's how bad a** people are from Florida. The sound of a natural disaster makes them go to sleep 😴

People think im crazy when i tell them i want to live in a place where it rains all day and all night. We only have rain 3 months out of a year, it's sporadic though, we have droughts most of the time. I sit by the river sometimes and just listen to the water flow but nothing beats the falling rain...Thank you👍

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, maybe get some exercise, and probably work on things, that i have been postponing, while I wait for my office to start. I can imagine it’s fascinating. I’m originally from Louisiana. I’ve definitely experienced this. But, it does make for a great sleep sound if you don’t have to worry about property or life. Never thought I’d be nodding out to Hurricane sounds. Works like a charm.
