They need to change the judges for polyfest for what they called the Mags Taupou smh . Switch it all up , no more bias judges , have every judge from every side of Auckland not just south side ay
I love all the performances. They all have so much grace and are not ma to perform. Here in Amerika the kids are too ma to even have interest in their own Samoan culture... Good job guys.
Polyfest happens here in south Auckland every year has been for almost 30 years. Every school in Auckland come together in manukau every school every students take part most of them were born here in New Zealand. Some haven't even been to samoa or do they speak the language fluently but they take part because they know that's where their parents, family roots lay. It's a beautiful moment because non-born samoans who were born here get to learn about their culture. There's nothing to be ashamed with always be have pride & be proud where your roots started.
I cant stand these schools who are using these drum line beats these days especially in the ulufale and exit parts. It ruins it tbh. They should have a marking criteria for the the drumming style throughout the whole performance.
Stfu , in order for the culture to move forward we need to get with the current times , keep it traditional but current , ain’t gonna be stuck in a dumbass comment about some dumb ass drums mate gtfoh
The palagi looking girl is with it thoooo 👏🏾👏🏾 gaia le siva
