ah, this glitch is beautiful, I actually record a lot about it and I discovered some new zones and I also checked whether it works on all maps and it works, there are only the necessary factors
you have to be close to the coordinates 0-X 0-Z, It can't rain because then it will never rain and another thing that can also trigger other arenas is what cars or pursuit vehicles should be
for example, if you buy an Oldmobile Cuttlas (Cutter as it is already called) as a chase car, this arena will be repaired, but it will be done near the bridge rather than behind the bridge, in Downtown and also west of this zone
