When playing the games these days, I found that munificent class are really good at doing damage. Thus, when playing as the republic hardliners, it's really hard to find a ship that can fit that role.
Imperial Intelligence Report: It seems Imperial forces on the outer rim have refused orders since the creation of the New Regime a few weeks ago. Probe analysis of some of these systems have found these forces usually comprised of non Clone personnel and, since the shutdown of the CIS army have been reactivating these assets to add to their numbers. The command protocols of these droids haven't been changed but they seem they have been modified and their friend or foe IFFs have been encoded only to the new Imperial transponders with old Republic codes being accepted. This small band of Republic and Confederate forces have formed that they call have begin to call the United Systems Alliance. It needs not to be said commander, that this cannot be tolerated. Send your Fleet to squash this rebellion with overwhelming firepower. Old republic codes are being sent to your commanders as we speak but expect possible subroutines to allow them to manually fire on your ships with CIS assets so expect resistance regardless of how effective these codes may be. For the Empire
In this video, there are only remnants of the Separatists, they do not enter the alliance, besides that there are also allies with the remnants of the Republic 😅😅
Imperials have all-purposed ships while Separatists have specialized role ships. Obviously Imperials were going to lose. It would be faster to lose if the Separatists bring in Lucrehulks.

Looks like a good fan fiction. I would like to see more of this.
Glory to the Separatist Alliance!

Indeed, but here too they lost quite quickly in front of a mixed republican-separatist force
