You have been such an inspiration to me , for the past few months! I ran across your paintings as i was surfing around the the internet looking for some tutorials and you were my first choice. haven't painted in 20 years. I heard you talk a lil about your depression and trust me , It saved me from a deep dark depression. Its the best natural therapy on the planet. I have no doubt it saved me. want you to know that i really love your style of art.. Everything you paint is so natural looking and i love nature anyway. I hit the canvas everyday and thank God for me finding someone like you to help me brush up on my talent and get back on the canvas again.. don't let no body tell you any different You are a Great Artist! I keep your videos on about everyday. and everyone of your paintings are beautiful! I want one to hang in my Den. Just keep on doing the good work!
Beautiful painting friend!!👍 you are helping in every possible way 👍 your awesome but easy paintings are really helping in the best possible manner 😍♥️..& they are enjoyable too😍.. thank you Justin for sharing this stunning artwork with us 👌 would love to see autumn landscapes, barn paintings from you friend!!👍
Came to know about your father's health... you are going through a tough phase friend...but you are still committed to your promise of helping others & are doing it positively 👍..that takes great courage friend 👍.. wishing your father speedy recovery and may God be with you all always Justin ♥️
This painting reminds me of a beginnings of a Bob Ross painting where he would have us think oh god what has he done this time? Then it turns out great by the middle to the end of the painting. This is a prime example of this.
I love this so much! Palette knives are not something I've really tried yet. This painting is really beautiful. Thank you for sharing your art with us.
Again you inspire me as in other like minded artist. I may try the only pallet art, but the hand movement is so stress free. You are so amazing Justin. Thank you for showing people the different methods of oil painting. Stay blessed.
Very beautiful the light and sun just looks to zoom right through the forest and onto the forest floor. I love making mountains but not sure yet if I am to the point of trying a whole painting with the knife
woooow looks beautiful, I was always afraid to paint just with pallet knife but all what you did makes me want to try too, thank you and greetings from Ireland
Great knife job. The colours are super nice. You had fun. Just use the point of the knife to scratch your signature into the wet paint, then it's truly a "knife painting" from start to finish.
Cool shirt with Bob Ross 👍😎 and a really nice Painting. But how it works with Oil ? If I try it with a Knife, I mixed and blended all my wet oil colors together and it looks like a whole mess.
What is the gel your mixing with? I've only seen gel's for acrylics. (we don't really have a proper art supply store around here) so I will add linseed oil to my oils for that kind of effect.
I was hoping for this kind of painting, so I'm not bored. Looks like whole blade is used, instead of just the edge. Is there much pressure on the canvas... doesn't look like it. I really want to do better with my palette knifes. Great job!
This is awesome! Thanks for keeping it in real time. What size is the palette knife? I am prepping to do a diptych of 2 canvases that are 18” x 36” and I know I need a large knife! 🤪
