@@keithbannister9271 No, she’s not. She’s fantastic, but she’s too outrageously one dimensional. She’s like wasabi. An outstanding must-have on occasion, but not every day.
So That’s what her accent is. That is what makes her so funny. And her complete lack of morals. And hamminess. And the fact she pure evil yet so lovable.
I loved Bebe - her 'Hepburnesque' voice and mannerisms and devious ways made her such a brilliant character. Loved her 'giving up smoking' soliloquy - comedy classic!
The best side characters (Bebe, Bulldog, Gil) were all so over the top and it’s great. Bebe’s delivery of every line was straight out of a Grand Guignol
This is one of the most underrated characters in tv history. I mean Bebe is literally one of the greatest reoccurring characters in tv history. So perfectly evil & hilarious at the same time. Just a superb character. Norma Desmond of television. Just simply classic!
The 'negotiation' on the office window ledge is one of my favourites especially with the helicopter arriving and - arms outstretched - she says, 'Channel 5.. Come to Mama!'
Bebe really was one of the great Frasier characters. Harriet Samson Harris played her perfectly, absolutely zero morals, scruples, or ethics whatsoever. The perfect showbiz agent.
"Well, she doesn't have to, he worships her!" 🤣 Best line of that entire episode. She could have had her own show, she's so unique and quirky, just like Elsbeth.
That's it! I was watching this thinking where have I seen this woman before? Felicia was absolutely brilliant in DH - I was crying with laughter when her sister died, and she stood in front of all the other residents and said, "It's OK, it's fine, everyone. They've confirmed that there were no signs of molestation. " .... 😂
Yeah, she was great and so NOT like Bebe. She couldn't believe her husband's short-term memory loss so pretty much killed herself via insulin. Too small for Oscar's but very noteworthy.
I always thought the scene with Crane coming down in the bed on stage at the children's concert was the funniest of the series, at least he was trying to be a man, before looking like a "baby" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love Bebe. She's like the impresario of a grand opera of talent agents. She's the kind of person you want as an advocate, at least in CERTAIN situations...😂😅🤣
Harriet Sansom Harris is an astounding actress - i've seen her in a variety of TV, film and stage work. She was heartbreaking as the wife, Mrs. Jankis in Memento. However, she seems to excel at playing comic evilness - not just as Bebe, but I also saw her as Mrs. Mears in Thoroughly Modern Milly on Broadway.
Not really? Although Crane was extremely intelligent book wise, he and his weak sibling, were males but not real men who could fix things with their hands, and seduce women with their charm...🤔 Just because you have money doesn't mean you don't need to have manly skills.
oh yes yes yes, any time they were on (in reruns, I only had watched) to me was a great treat to see either of them. Any episode with either of them on was a winner for me to watch.
My favourite scene with her is when the secretary pretends to be Bebe's neice. "The bulbs are broken!..." & "You're FIRED mother!.." 2 lines that have me howling.
I truly believe that she paid that man in the last scene to come in and call her "Mom", and the sign was her taking out that business card! She is a ruthless, dramatic woman.

Sounds like kamala Harris election management team.
So what is bebe
Managing kamala Harris.
"Aren't you glad I'm on your side?" really one of the greatest lines in tv history
Mine is when she's standing on the ledge for the news helicopter "CHANNEL 5! COME TO MAMA!!!"
Yep!
True!
My personal favorite "I'm a staaaaaah maka..."
@@brianc.1149 … Yes! I love that one also!!
Lady Macbeth without the sincerity 😂
One of the show's best lines lol
Oh Bebe's here.
great description of this 'woman'
Nothing can top - “She has no scruples, no ethics, and no reflection!” 😂🤣😂😅
Her mid-Atlantic, over-the top accent with a dash of broadway ham is amazing. Easily the best regular, non-regular cast member.
She is the best female character on any sitcom!!! 👏👏

My favorite line "she has no scruples, no ethics, and no reflection!".
yes, I loved that line also.
I love how the only time there's a hint of honesty in her face is when someone is questioning her morals. "Ehh, that's true about me."
Roz: "it's not like she worships the devil"
Frazier: "SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO, HE WORSHIPS HER!" 😂😂. That line gets me all the time.

Hepburnesque - perfect 👌
Thank you, what a treat. I’ve recently re-watched almost every episode of the 11 series, and every time Bebe appears, I give a little squeal of joy!
Same.
The best side characters (Bebe, Bulldog, Gil) were all so over the top and it’s great. Bebe’s delivery of every line was straight out of a Grand Guignol
Every episode with this actress was a gem.
So glad they gave her such a good script, she pulled it off beautifully!
"It's not like she worships the devil!"
"She doesn't have to, _he_ worships _her_ !"
She's positively "luciferian'😅
Best line in the video!
@@zazabrown732 Bebe must come back in season two reboot.
My favorite line to describe a character. 🤣
Dr. Fraisier Crane Got It Right “Oh, It’s True What They Say: The Devil Comes Disguised As A Beautiful Woman” & Bebe Is No Exception.
Babe Glazer is a great character. Great casting
"Oh, darling... There's always a chance..."
Magnificent woman
That was one funny, perfectly delivered line🤣🤣
Niles: "Oh, I'm just happy you're OK. I thought the she would've killed after mating."

One of the best characters ever written for T.V. Fiendishly funny.

I love this woman. Every time she was on screen 😂. The chemistry was amazing.
I loved her smoking monologue.
Me too
Yes indeed! I have never in my life been tempted by tobacco….but Bebe just about did it! She’s so devilishly delightful. 😅

'She's the devil. Run fast and run far.' Dr. Niles Crane.

She knocked it out of the park every time.
"Well, she doesn't have to, he worships her!" 🤣

If not the best!
This women should have aa shelf of Emmy's I LOVE BEBE !
How many women, and I checked with Emmy - she can't spare a shelf.

Raise eyebrows in the court of Caligula comment really made me laugh as a history teacher.
It makes me laugh more, as someone with a fairly useless undergraduate degree in The Classics.
It would great if she comes on the new series. Frasier's son gets a commercial gig and decides to get manager , Frasier freaks out knowing it is Bebe.
