Yeah he has been doing comedy for a long time his stutter gets really really bad when he’s nervous
He is good at timing it now now. So when he knows a stutter is coming he uses it as a way to emphasize a joke or punchline. It honestly is amazing to watch. Plus he is significantly more confident and comfortable on stage. So that helps.
I stutter aswel and when i make funny voices and/ or sing i dont stutter and you can hear him say things in funny ways that makes it easier for him yo talk can hear the stutter come back when talked normale

ソフィー I think the stutter is additionally meant to be apart of the humor. Similar to how that Tourette’s Streamer uses her Tourette’s ticks as apart of the show. At least that’s what I took out of it.

As a former amateur stand-up comedian (another lifetime ago) and having a diagnosis with Asperger's Syndrome I have so much respect for Drew. His comedy is so unique and damn funny! He once admitted before he auditioned for America's Got Talent that he use to be kind of a jerk to people before his stutter happened, so from someone who was born this way (NOT given it by a vaccine), I just want to say; thanks dude, and please try and take a trip to Ireland as soon as this pandemic is finished!

Drew explained the background at the beginning of the video...
The guy said “maybe it’s because you’re terrible at softball” in response as to why Drew has a stutter.
Drew got hit in the throat with a softball and later slept on a fresh concussion (you really shouldn’t do, you can die or be seriously harmed) and now he’s got a permanent stutter. That’s why it was offensive.
Honestly, he was born to be in the spotlight and its amazing to see how reacted to the situation. He's amazing.
