I'm taking a teacher's course on FNMI (First Nations, Metis, Inuit) as a Settler on Turtle Island and "stumbled" (with definite intent) onto this. I hadn't realized how far south of me it was: I've attended an Anishnaabe ( Zhiibaahaasing First Nation) Pow Wow and was awestruck by it. I've also watched a hoop dancer and found that beautiful as well. This was also beautiful to listen to, absorb, and watch: as a teacher it was especially nice to see the participation of the youngest dancers. As a daughter-in-law to a Japanese-Canadian war camp survivor from her childhood, it was also nice to see the elders participating: they had the courage to keep these traditions going, to hand down stories, language and culture, and it can be seen on their faces as they enter. I was raised in the north east where I knew many "Black Indians". What's the differences between the native Americans Indians in USA and the native Indians in south America
Not much difference to be honest, except language and some other aspects I guess.
Of course, there is no difference, all the languages are familiar with the Aztec language
