Im do judo and see Stephan`s videos to become a better ground fighter but Bjj groundwork is so comblex and fantastic I think I need to take Bjj leasons
that's very often the case if you don't extend your legs and keep making your opponent uncomfortable and busy defending your sweep; X guard is a dominant position that should be a short transmission right before the sweep happens, so if you successfully pull the X guard you want to initiate the sweep ASAP and take the back or side control.
Hey man, I know this is a random video to tell you this on, but there was a video you commented on asking about a song name 3 years ago on a speed art video, the song is: Dakent - Banger (Voodoo Bear Remix) You've probably got it by now, but if not, there you have it. I went to your google + page and saw you commented on this video and looked for your comment.
spooner Wow. I totally forgot about this song. Thanks a lot. You actually made me buy this song not iDL. It's not everyday I get a surprise but this is a cool one. Thank you again.
Im a kempo/muaythai guy so i always like to get ground game techniques. This was really Really good. But can u point out why the x gaurd is sooo beneficial?

I really need to work on my backwards rolling before I'll be able to do this. Looks awesome though.
Great X Guard sweep and drill, but will this keep them from stumbling and catching u in side control unexpected?

el pie derecho no va a la cadera para mejor control y evitar que baje en el min 4:12?
