    Appreciate these but never found Zoe to look strong. She’s very very lean & may not be able to hold muscle mass (like me) I find I watch these videos looking for strong arms and quads although the discipline to stay lean the older we get is a credit to Zoe. She hasn’t changed in over 20 years!
