@@Zetsuke4 yes sometimes the pain becomes devastating....So much that you break down in tears. A few are lucky who don't feel pain and have peaceful periods but many like me go through hell on the first day.

Cutting out the pages from a book in order not to lug the whole heavy book with you is a brilliant idea. Thanks!
Another useful tip, if you don’t want to damage the book, is to take pictures of the pages you need with your phone :)
add one more tip: there's an app called Marginnote, scan the pdf version in the app, it provides making notes functions as well. Then you only need an ipad or a cellphone with you.( not an advertise LOL)
it is, until you don't need the book anymore and want to sell it back esp if the book is expensive #lessonlearnt
Photocopy will do if u want to study in “papers” form and not damaging the books

A little tip for the tea bag. When making tea, put the bag in the cup before adding the hot water. The tea will then devolve in the water quicker.
