From what I’ve found from selling action figures for only 6 months is that the accessories are so important a complete figure is worth 2x more than a raw figure and sometimes 5 or 6 times more than the raw figure. Good luck with jumping into a new category, There’s definitely a lot of money in action figures.

yea, especially with Transformers. although somepeople do buy lots/bundles of broken or uncomplete transformers for parts.

The hardest thing about action figures is knowing what weapons/accessories come with each one. Some original Star Wars weapons can be pricy for what they are, but if you want a complete figure then you just gotta do it. And then you get into repro accessories/stickers and how to differentiate.

The first table you went to be had a lot of masters of the universe figures they are worth a lot here in Ireland and from watching froggy flips he can’t get enough of them on his channel .

The figures are from the Earth Worm Jim collection, I think i'm the only person i've ever met who collected them lol. Peter Puppy is the 2nd one and the 1st one is Henchrat I believe.

I loved that Greatful Dead shirt with those fabulous graphics! What a cool find! It reminds me of the time when I was about 14, my boyfriend and I were invited by Pigpen to go with the band on a trip to California on their double decker bus! It would have been great fun , but at that age, I knew better than to even ask my parents if I could go! What great stories I would have been able to tell for the rest of my life, no doubt. That’s awesome. I know one double decker bus I wouldn’t get on. The people on that bus sure try to entice people into their “religion”. Still can spot their bus at dead and co shows now. Have you seen Dead and co? I am still so happy to see John Mayer up there with the great Bobby and others. He loves and respects the music and fans so much and he plays with his whole heart. Never thought I’d see him up there when I became a fan of his way back on his first album but I’m glad he is. I am a huge Bobby fan and just got to see him with the Wolf bros. Man that was one of the best shows I’ve seen in years. So good! Bobby may not be a spring chicken anymore but he’s still young at heart and still playing and singing like he’s 25. I got on the bus decades ago and I’m glad I did. Weir everywhere. NFA. ❤️

Another great video guys. From the first table where you got the wands the guy was selling some master of the universe action figures. Those are always good to pick up and especially for Whatnot. I just applied this past weekend, so crossing my fingers that I get approved.

Wow. Those prices were bananas. That dude just threw these action figures on a table like trash and then want top dollar for them. I would have totally walked away.
He was asking about 2/3 of ebay prices. Cheap enough for a collector to scoop what they collect up, but not low enough for a reseller to clear him out

@@jray0717 I couldn’t tell quite what some of the things that they got were but the things that I could tell from the video we’re worth between 90 and 110 +/- 15% depending on condition. The lot of 10 figures that he sold them for 25 is around 50-60. The forsaken cards that he got for $5 are $9 each so $18. The two bagged figures he paid 30 for are worth 30. In the Lego Darth Vader alarm clock but he paid 5 for is worth 7.
The seller knew what he was doing. The stuff he sold under retail are slow movers that he most likely already made his profit off of

Again I want to thank you for getting me into this life of buying and selling! I finally found something I love to do do! Has anyone told you about KC? If you are planning on a trip you really need to come here. I found the Goodwill Outlet here and it’s nothing like yours. They are the blue bins you have and no boxes. They change them out every so often. They make announcements for everyone to get behind the yellow line till they are done then make another so you can then go to the new ones. I filled my SUV full!! For $150!! It’s going to be addicting for me to go everyday!
Thats how our bins are in Portland, OR too - but I wish we had the pricing in SC and the half off day! Can't complain too much, though - we have 5 outlet locations in about a 30 minute radius

I gotta love math in the beginning guy said I wanted $8 a piece (for 2) but I'll take $18, so it's cheaper to buy them separately at $16. Liking that photo background for the listings. Google lens is also super helpful on the random action figures and stuff. Just got a random box of them and it was final fantasy characters from 3 different games 2 sold for $45, 2 for $60 and 4 for $40 box was only $2.

The wands: the one with the little snail looking top is specifically a Horace Slughorn wand replica. The other one is a Harry Potter wand replica. Great finds!! Especially if they work (if they’re the ones that interact). The non interactive ones are good, too, though, and sometimes go for more!

You probably figured this out, but those two bagged action figures are Earthworm Jim toys. Specifically " Henchrat", and "Peter Puppy". Hope that helps.
Ya that guy with the pile of figs was a little high on his pricing to really make much re-saling. 10$ on a Space Jam fig is basically the end-end of the rainbow price on that. Everyone is jumping on the action figure bandwagon so it's a great time to offload some mediocre toys onto people who aren't knowledgeable. Buying good stuff right now is like pulling teeth. Best advice I can give is avoid at all costs anything from the Mcfarlane Spawn-basically anything-line and 90's Marvel toybiz figures and any 90's Star Trek and Star Wars figures. Even carded. So many of them out there and basically worthless but "vintage" so people try and pass them off as collectible. They aren't! I run a brick and mortar shop and have people all the time saying "Ive got vintage star wars" and they bring in stuff from 1998...Nope. Please, sell at a yard sale or give to a charity for kids to enjoy. Just collect dust if priced more than $5 each and even then you may never sell them.

Action figures are money makers, specially from the 80's and if they are complete with theirs weapons. You can buy one for $5 in the flea market and sell it over $75 any day of the week. What I like from action figures they don't require much storage space 😁😁😁😁😁😁 go ahead Josh jump into the boat.

@ :30 all those MOTU (Masters of the Universe) figures would have been good if he didn't want too much for them. @ 1:21 there are 4 figures standing up, the red/orange one is a bionicle =$, the green is masters of the universe=$$, I probably would have spent 15-20 min just at that table looking carefully but he did have high prices. But I sell toys on ebay so its worth the time.
It would literally take me 15-20 years to put that much wear on a pair of shoes. You think they are in good condition? I wouldn't pay over $15 for them. At first you thought they weren't to valuable $40-55 then you found out they were. $90 on the low end and up to $140-150 on the high end. Those are some weird looking shoes and the Nike swoosh is deformed lol. I don't know anything about shoes but they look real even in the photos the Nike symbol is odd looking.

Hey Mr. Tornado, one Question: I do what you do in germany and when i list something on ebay, i always activate the Ebay-Ads And then always confirm 0.2 - 0.3 percent more than my predecessor as an additional charge to Ebay when the item is sold through the ad. How do you do that? Do you also use the option? I've been following you for a long time, but don't remember ever hearing you say anything about it.
I just bought a Empire blow mold Santa puppy in a sack $250. A guy had the mold in his cart I paid him$20 for it .You know sometimes you gotta do something different.

Went to a bootsale yesterday (flea Market) paid £4 for a not complete original star wars at at, even not complete I can sell for £70. But no chance om selling it, brings back memories from my childhood

Dang I hate Whatnot ... terrible platform if you are looking for a specific item. Siting through garbage after garbage being shown. I guess some find this entertaining but my time is more valuable to overpay on mostly junk .. just my 2 cents worth is all
I'll give a fair warning.. Don't go insane trying to figure out valuable figures. 1 Figure could be $20 in a toyline and rest is $5. Accessories, condition and even making sure they're not Bootleg/Knock Offs can make the difference. I sell toys in volume, about 1200+ figures a month and I'm still learning alot of toylines after doing this for 4 years. Also both those are from Earthworm Jim, Henchrat and Peter Puppy. As I think I said in your last Flea Market video, I'm jealous at the amount of vendors that have just a pile of figures. I would likely clear many of those clean (although $10 for the Bang sounds a bit much but you seem to of gotten a good bulk deal. Also I spend about 2-3 Hours a day just pairing accessories with figures... Tread carefully :D.

I hate people like the guy with the action figures. There's no way he knows what everything is priced at. You pull what you want and he ups the price. Classic flea market crook. I was at a flea market this past weekend and a guy had out a bunch of records. I asked him how much are they assuming that they were all one price. Nope, he said it "depends". I said ok and walked away. I can't stand that.

I've gone to the same type of flea markets when they set a whole bunch out individually on tables or in containers and then you want to an item and they say oh it's going to be this price or that price I'd rather have them have a sign out stating the fact cause you know if no was say was interested in a certain figure it would be $1.00 once someone shows interest now it's a $10.00 figure
