Hey I have head board from Home Depot that seems to more of a mdf type material. It’s not wood. I’m have trouble getting it to bend. Even with these techniques.
Any thoughts?

The mdf is not as flexible and will snap. I’ve never tried to bend it. Maybe if you get it really wet. That might damage the the surface of the mdf.
