The thing was the US viewed the light tank as the best vehicle for the recon role during the war hence why the armored car slot is really lacking for the US . So Warlord should sort of allow the M-3/5 and M-24 tanks in that slot for the US.
They would have to do this across the board for all nations then. Imagine you select your puma or ba10 and the Americans just bring a Stuart with it's million dice for comparable cost. Crazy.
