The one recommendation that was a disaster is mailerlite. It took me so many videos from Jason to understand how to make it work and bang! the harassment & Policing questions on my mailer list completely destroyed my excitement and interest. Guys just avoid Mailerlite as they will ask you questions on every email you send like, where did you get this email from, how did you acquire this email, how old is it? and all this happens after they have blocked your account so all your promotions are on a freeze! I just hate it.

Did any of these get fixed? This is 3 yrs old. I'm more concerned with the load time of the landing pages for visitors than the load time of the back office for building the pages

Mailerlite is not only way faster and has a better interface than Mailchimp, its also a ton cheaper. Working fine for me and I'm super happy I dumped Mailchimp. Haven't tried the others yet.

Judging by the features description and available templates, it looks like it could replace the necessity of having a separate website, paying for hosting etc. If that's the case, it's no doubt a big advantage worth mentioning.
They website builder is REALLY basic. I would not build a main site using it. I'm a fan of using Wordpress for your main site - having your own blog and controlling it is important.

I worked with them for months with the tutorials. No "affiliate marketing, content for buying, selling or sharing followers or likes for a social media platform allowed". Also, they send "misleading content about their products, services, or other information-such as presenting it in an unclear, unintelligible, or ambiguous way". They teach you how to do affiliate, product, and social media marketing, why don't they allow it?
Not sure what your business is, but what they don't want marketers who are only doing affiliate marketing and nothing else. There's a difference between being a business/influencer and sharing affiliate links and buying lists and spamming them with affiliate links. If you are putting your face out there as real person and not just spamming links you should be okay.

No, that's not the point. The issue is they are incredibility limited and because they limit loops to 5 it's impossible to create a proper behavioral sales sequence. You're right that splitting a sequence a few times is doable; but not a fully functioning behavioral sequence.
All of these issues are still there. However they recently released an entirely new version that I have yet to test so I don't know how the new version is better - current users have to wait to migrate which is rant in and of itself. But anyway, I still like them compared to the other solutions like Aweber, Mailchimp, and Convertkit.
I had a Mailerlite employee target me. They would add themselves to my list after I deleted them, repeatedly and within the hour. They just so happened to trash my products as well. I've been looking for a replacement for months and struggling with the challenges there. None of the reveiws I'm finding of these companies are tackling the hurdles I've had with them or going into the most cost effective options with practical comparisons. I did learn something from your prior review when mentioning a WordPress plugin, but I couldn't help but notice that's not how you've chosen to do business. It seems problematic, without knowing details.
That is very concerning. This would be the first I've herd of something like this happening. Your right I mention wordpress plug-ins but I'm not a fan of using WP for anything other than content. Convertkit and Aweber are two solid alternatives to Mailerlite. I hope you're able to find a solution that works.

I’m starting to build a list and your videos compared mailerlite as a great free choice but what about a paid version on a budget for people starting to work or grow their lists? In my case for example I’m willing to spend a bit of money to be able to have a few extras and to be able to white label my campaigns. I thought Mailerlite was a good option as it looks a solid tool and the price is really good as well. What would you recommend for someone who is willing to go on a paid plan but not willing to waste the valuable money at the start if not necessary. Is Mailerlite still the best paid toll for a not heavy user who is just starting? Thanks!
Great question; the short answer is yes. Even with these drawbacks, until you need behavioral based emails Mailerlite has you covered. Paying for the ability to have your own domain and using the advanced features are well worth it if your serious... It will be quite a while before you hit ceiling really have to switch.

@@Sammy316..... do not use this service. Their deliverability is terrible. Everything ends up in the promo tab. Not worth the cheaper price at all

You can also try uploading the files to Google Drive/dropbox and share that link... and that shouldn't be an issue

I'm a big fan of Mailerlites landing page features... The 'deleverabilty' claims are hard to verify and often have more to do with your domain
A lot of features have come in in automation now i think? Is it good for ecommerce? Compared o Metorik for wordpress
Mailerlite is not for ecommerce. Woo-commerce and Shopify are still the best for that.

MailerLite is the absolute worst. You haven't even scratched the surface with broken integrations every now n then and DAYS worth of down times!
