Great video.Really helpful. But I warn against using Mailer Lite. I think that the original Mailer Lite was great, uncomplicated and it did everything I wanted. Unfortunately, this month they closed Mailer Lite Classic and I had to transfer my account to the new version. The transfer didn't work. I spent hours struggling with it and then when I got past the useless AI help assistant and spent a long while with their helpful support member, only then on the final completion of my email campaign set up did I see a yellow warning that no longer was my free account available in the new version. If there is one thing I hate is setting up systems that claim to be free, spending hours doing it and finding I am trapped into spending money. I have no problem with paying when I get a decent-sized list but this is no way to run a business. I say don't use Mailer Lite. It isn't what it used to be at all.

This is the clearest email marketing tutorial I've come across so far although all I needed was learn how to automate my first welcome email and integrate to my WP website. Just a quick question, since I'm still testing my product before launching, I only want to grab subscribers' emails to put on waitlist first. Is it ok to temporarily end my automation workflow with just the email template? Then maybe once I'm ready to launch I'll add more workflow/ triggers? Thank you!
