im so happy you picked up on the subtext of maho loving makise kurisu in the same way okabe does. i was suprised when most people i talked to couldn't pick up on it untill i pointed it out. it just seemed to apparent to me. what with the way the show constantly draws parallels to okabe and maho's feelings for kurisu, and then the way maho and okabe both seem to be finding comfort (platonic or not) in each other is like bonding over a dead ex. i love your reactions because you always pick up on these subtle things. another great vid :)

[Never explained in the anime] : It is implied there has to be a "secret lab" room somewhere in the hospital were Leskinen was performing Amadeus experiments related to Reading Steiner on Katsumi Nakase ( Mayuri´s friends "Fubuki" ), since she also "fainted" alongside Okabe when the early Russian experiments on timetravel sent him to a random alpha worldline [episode 8]. . She spent many more days than Okabe in the hospital "for observation" (this is even referenced later explicitly in the anime). Leskinen knows it is NOT a good idea to "mess" with Okabe´s mind (given his relevance on future events), but since "Fubuki" is just a random girl (who likely does not survive the future WW3 genocide), she is "expendable" & safe to experiment.
Now imagine putting yourself in the place of those who watched it weekly as episodes came out, only to end up cliff hanged for months waiting for the 2nd half of the season. Cus trust me I can say as one of those people it SUCKED to end up with this munch revealed and going on.
Mayuri's song is a paradox. If the origin on the song is from Kaguri and it went all the way down the chain through Okabe and then back to Kaguri again. That means there was never any point where the song originally came from. It's an infinite loop of the song going around and around back and forth through time without any origin point. This proves that the bootstrap paradox can still exist in this world... either that or it came from a different world line. It's way more interesting and significant than it seems.
Now Shark, this is where the real shit (and the second part) starts. Also, for episode groups, I'd just say that 19 is an excellent stopping point before a 20-23 finale.
Man, Steins;Gate 0 is really good. Honestly I think I only have 1 major criticism with the entire show. (I won't be specific because VN spoilers, but anyone who's played the VN probably knows what I'm referring to.) Overall it really is such an amazing addition to Steins;Gate as a whole.
Personally, I would recommend reacting to episodes 14-18 for the next reaction rather than 14-19. I think watching episodes 19 and 20 together works much better than stopping at 19. That's all I'll say.

Personally, I would recommend reacting to episodes 14-18 for the next reaction rather than 14-19. I think watching episodes 19 and 20 together works much better than stopping at 19. That's all I'll say.
