I have a question did you check the oil level from the compressor and put the right amount of oil in the compressor and through the system because if you’re going to do AC work like that you need to be in details so other people will not compromise the AC system

it does not mention what type of oil to put or that the lines have to be cleaned and eliminate the humidity basically just explain how to remove and put
My ac compressor stopped working and it hadnt even been a year and im thinking maybe they just didnt add any oil to it could i just take it out add oil to it or it it not good anymore please help lol

Some how honda civic compressor is have issue. The ac clutch lock out on this one.

Could be be honda compressor is not very good. It's has more problems than other manufacturers.
what happens if i dont re-use the plastic cover in the engine bay?
Nothing wrong with it just fancy cover in my opinion. Old day our car don't have those cover. Lol
It’s main purpose is to direct air flow through the radiator and condenser

It’s a little different with ex /lx models. Those 2 models you only need to take out the alternator. No need to take out fan
What about the hybrid models. Is the ac compressor the same one across all the civic lines?
