Ikr. Once I was doing predator challenge as batman and did a ledge takedown of the medic in front of the militia trooper. He saw me but didn't do anything. He didn't even notice the body in front of him. I think there is something wrong with thier eyesight.
I was speechless, but deep down I'm having all sorts of thoughts. I'm genuinely frustrated, all their training wasted, trying to know why, it is making me lose brain cells.

@J S In general gameplay - yes but if it comes to fighting mechanics - not so much. In Knight Batman is more responsive than in other games but the target selection system is fucked up. For example if you mess up your combination when fighting with enemies carrying shields you would need to stun or jump over these two otherwise you'd be stuck striking them no matter when you point your next attack. Also the camera positioning is not as good as it was in City or Asylum. It's overall harder to see enemy indicators. Another example of lazy designing is Robin's and Nightwing's movement. It's very clunky. Their attacks are not so smooth as these coming from Batman or Azrael. I hope that in the next Arkham game we get everything good from City, a non-overused batmobile and a responsive character.
i've spent long time just going unseen around the maps analyzing their layouts and details entire arkham series does a great job recreating gotham as a real place there's some old buildings some art-deco buildings neo-gothic buildings straight out of burton's batman as well as some new skyscrappers this franchise does what nolan's trilogy did it takes guys in tight pants and gives them suits that look like actual $200K armor or some other high tech bullet resistant cloth
Revive and shine though... 🔥👌🏽 but I think the most recent patches means you can't use explosive gel on the type of flooring found at the start of the level to knock someone out. I personally have trouble with that. Nevertheless a master piece as usual
Looking back at these makes me wonder if the reason why Robin doesn’t have the smoke bombs is because he’s supposed to be the Robin that relies on picking people off one by one and a smoke bomb is just a last resort that Tim doesn’t want to take for some reason. Yeah I know this game’s been out for year but can’t help to speculate lol
During Under the Pale Moonlight, why does my game have 2 guys to the left of that first glide at the beginning? I can’t place the Gel without getting spotted because for some reason, he didn’t spawn on your run.
How is it so repetitive when the enemies have more variety than before (not to mention predator maps with endless goons or maps with the alarm on to cover the sound of loud takedowns, you don't get that in any other Arkham game)? Robin also gets all of his gadgets from Arkham City except the smoke pellet, which gets traded for the remote hacking device which has multiple uses in predator maps. You also get to duel play with another character, so I'm failing to see how the gameplay is so repetitive compared to City. I swear, Knight has so many made-up criticisms against it simply because people have a hate boner for the Batmobile lmao.
The sound design for this game really was awful - the crunch to every punch sounds so unsatisfying and annoying, the ping of detective mode and the scratchy noise afterward, the ALARM THAT GOES OFF FOR MOST OF THIS LEVEL. What were they thinking?
The alarm ONLY goes off on the bank maps, which is intentional for the purpose of loud takedowns. Can you people stop with the made-up complaints? No, it does not go off for most of the game.

The alarm is intentional, as it is a reason why they don't hear you when you do takedowns. They could've changed it to be at least less distracting.
