  • I made a new work table to my small workshop.
i can easily mount different tools to it, and also remove them fast.

Thank you. I decided to upgrade my space to more functional form.. Originally it wasn't intented to be a workshop. Everything was just " dropped " somewhere. 🙂

Kiitos.

Meikäläisen " to do... " Lista alkaa olla jo aika pitkä, kun aina jotain tehdessä tulee jotain muuta mieleen. 😁 Niin, unohtuu puolet siitä mitä on ollut tarkoitus tehdä.

Outstanding build and forethought for all the attachments!! Seems to be rock solid too with any of the attachments including the break and vice, most impressive. Was the top bowling ally floor? Thanks Buddy, for sharing one of your most innovative builds with us! Gave me a lot of ideas. ;-)

Thanks buddy. Top was from a table that i made over 15 years ago. Its made from spruce harvested from north. There wood grow slowly and becomes stronger. I have used that table as my workbench, but it was too big. I decided to do two smaller tables instead of one too big.

можно чертеж или схему , размеры, и прочее, хочк собрать подобный стол. Очень понравился своей компактностью. Небольшой и удобный. Мне как раз подойдет, так как гараж у меня маленький. заранее спасибо.

Jopas tuli näppärä monikäyttöpöytä. Vastaavalle olisi tarvetta omassakin verstaassa. Ehkä joku kaunis päivä otettava työn alle joku tuollainen systeemi, mikäli muilta projekteilta vaan ehtisi. :D

Aikaa kun voisikin tehdä lisää. :) Sillä idealla rikastuisi.

Awesome work, man! Super sturdy, and hella versatile!
Any guesstimate on how much it weighs? It seemed surprisingly stable with only the locking casters engaged, when you bent that rod..

    •  3 роки тому

It weights about 80kg when bending brake is mounted. I had nice time to carry it in our basement, where my workshop is. 😁 Also it has about 50kg steel in the storage box placed to middle section. ( scrap materials etc ).. So it weights about 130kg ( 280 - 300 pounds ) at the moment.

    •  3 роки тому

And.. after actually weighting it. Its about 100kg ( 200 pounds ) when its " all in ". Casters are rated to carry 150kg ( 300 pounds ) each, so there's no need to worry about the weight.

Tulipa hämmästyttävän tukeva! Olisiko siihen saanut jotain muita toimintoja, jos pöytälevy olisi pulpettimainen, eli saranoitu? Tämä nyt vaan pulpahti mieleen. Lopputulos on taas tuttua ja turvallista laatua😀

    •  3 роки тому

Voisihan siihen saada.. Tarkoitus olisi jossain vaiheessa tehdä vielä toinen pöytä, vähän samaan tyyliin. Siinä voisikin hyödyntää tuota ajatusta. Kiitos idean herättämisestä, sekä kommentista tietysti myös. 🙂

If the health & safety muppets say anything tell them your socks are steel toe capped!

    •  3 роки тому +1

That " Shoe thing " is hilarious. I have several safety shoes, and i use them when its needed. Otherwise i rather choose the comfortable way. 🙂 I have worked 22 years in heavy metal industry, never i have dropped anything to my feets. 👍

Here is a video about my workplace.
I work as a welder / fabricator, mostly with stainless steel / paper machine headbox components. ua-cam.com/video/dC8PnPjnhdI/v-deo.html
I know safety. Hammer in your hand isn't huge risk to your feets. ( For fingers, maybe )

Why don't you buy a MIG welder

    •  2 роки тому +1

I can use mig and tig at my workplace, when i need to make bigger welds, or weld thinner materials. So i don't need them at home.
