I live in Regina, Saskatchewan, i had a surgery in feb this year for poly and cyst i had in my left ovary. Aince then i am trying to convince but no luck so far moreover i started having pain on the same side i got my surgery done. Doc here cant figure out anything they said there ia nothing but i am not underthen why i am not conceiving or whats going on with my body. I am feeling helpless. Please help
Besides a woman’s age, does the man’s lifestyle affect anything or not really? My girlfriend is 41 and I’m 35 and she’s never gotten pregnant. Regardless if we have sex before or after her last period she doesn’t seem to get pregnant. Also I’ve been a smoker for the past 14 years, around 10 to 12 cigarettes a day could that affect anything or it’s more about her age?
you need to have sex around ovulation, which is in the middle of the cycle.

Doc, you forgot to add. Since these girls hit puberty earlier, they start losing eggs earlier. Really doc? Can even be transparent with that? lmao.

I think PQQ would be a good addition to this supplement list. It supports mitochondrial repair and biogenesis for anti-aging, and it works synergistically with CoQ-10. It’s been shown to improve fertility in test animals.
So what precisely are the most fertile years for a female person? Is there truly a one size fits all for fertility age ranges?
