Do dairy cattle need food in order to make milk or just reproduce?

The first cow barn you used, i cant get any manure from? But the larger one for the dairy cows i can get manure from. Anyone else having this or does it just not produce manure from the smaller ones?

How do you sell the milk?

Either at a dairy sell point by using a tanker, or you can purchase a dairy production chain and make bottled milk from there.

dont understand when puting grass ans hay for calf they only eat hay. when only grass health goes down to 0

I hate how cows work in this game. I grew up on a cow farm. We never used TMR and we only fed them hay in the winter. The rest of the year they got all of their food from grazing

you can feed them grass but health goes down to 0. If you put both theyl eat only the hay and not the grass...
