Thank you so much for sharing that information. Do you know if it is possible to use Node-RED to create a console that may be embedded into a webpage? For example a webpage, on a website that provides a console for a chosen weather station.
Hello, I am trying to move some gauges around on my layout with no success. When I click on the layout button, I see nothing like your illustration. What I see is a grid for each widget, the size that was defined in the editor. There is a solid "box" around each, a width selection box for each at the top right of each, and no total width selection available. I'm using ver3.02 I'm new to Node Red so forgive my lack of understanding.
When i unlock the objects with the padlock i can not resize or move them, they just go large and i have to go back in to the main screen, click on the node and resize them again...
Good video, you could make one on how to customize the interface of node red in the current version, to place the logo as you have it, among colors and other things, greeting
Best tutorial I've seen on the subject. CSS went over my head, but the rest I was able to use to get a great dashboard working.
Thank you, Mark. We are planning to do another tutorial on CSS with the NodeRED Dashboard. :)
Very clean and beginner-friendly video
Thanks for watching!
The CSS info was very helpful for me. I was not sure how it worked, and you cleared this up for me. Thanks!
Glad it helped! 😁

Thanks for the comment.
I think it's possible. Not sure how yet. Let me try/figure it out and I can make a video on the topic. Thanks

Any chance you could paste the CSS in your video description so that we don't need to type from scratch? Great video!
Hi Gooseza, you can download the example we used in this tutorial here: tinyurl.com/prescient-nrdb
Happy dashboard building!

Not sure if it is somehow related to the NR version? But I can confirm that it works on the latest NR stable release.
