Hi Josie, if you push a fairly thick needle or hair pin through the stem an inch or so down from the head of the tulip, it will stop them wilting and flopping over. They take up water very quickly and this little trick slows that down. I’ve done it for years. ☺️🌷💐 xx

Re-watching all your moving vlogs to the Cotswolds even though it was the devastating impact, cost of covid. You bought the renewal of life, spring and the sheer positivity on your channel at an incredibly difficult period. The nostalgia is immense, those vlogs will always be my favourite.

Yes have done eye exercise..not called yoga..but it is for assistance in recovering from my concussion..and they are considered vital to keep brain healthy..and its connection to vision and balance!!

A lot of the Spring outfits look good on you but I would suggest returning the floral dress with the white panels (Zimmerman-ish dress) and the pistachio green one, which looks too old for you…in my opinion.😊

The extra material in the floral dress which helps it swing is a godet, usually seen in skirts, it's a pretty dress Josie, very you! Not sure why you love white soooo much the floral and pink suit more in tone but the off the shoulder cut out dress is super summery, prefer the latter white dress but why are you purchasing more when you a gazillion white dresses already!!! Went to Burford today, I bought some more of the pretty pink primulas you bought, going to make a spring hanging basket for Mum. Not keen on the white trousers they're see through which makes them look budget, last dress stylish but looks like curtain material😀x

That eye exercise in yoga is called trataka .it's a very good exercise that one should do to calm the mind , good for eyes , increases the concentration etc .I have been doing that for many years now

Lovely selection, Josie! My favorites on you are the pink knit dress, the soft warm pink really lights you up. The white knit dress, I like the style on you as well. The floral square neck dress reads warmer with your skin color and lights you up as well. This is my favorite on you. The first floral maxi dress, is my least favorite. It's all too much and looks overwhelming on your delicate frame. Adore the earrings! 🎶❤️

Hi Josie, you can make your seed crackers thinner if you place another layer of parchment on top after you’ve spread the mixture and use a rolling pin to lightly roll and make it thinner. They are then easier to break apart after they are baked. Also, green seeds are pumpkin and beige ones are sunflower.

The blue super long dress was a total no for me and for a Spring look, I would probably stay away from a leather belt unless it was a super skinny one. I think a ribbon style belt is a good choice for your more feminine/soft style.

I bought the Karen Millen linen trousers and had mine taken up by approx 2 inches but they shrunk in length the wash! (Only the trouser length, not the width and waist weirdly). I’d maybe pop them in the wash before committing to tailoring as I was gutted mine shrunk and couldn’t return. I still wear them as a crop but wanted lovely long trousers xx

Okay, I’m trying the micro greens this week.😊 Planted them today. I’ve been sprouting in water for awhile, then watched a UA-cam video by Dr. Eric Berg about both being super, but micro greens even better than sprouts. Fingers crossed. Thank you for the inspiration!

if conditioner or product ever stays in your hair, do an ACV rinse. thats apple cider vinegar in water. so take something like a ninja bottle (like the plastic thing that you put stuff in to blend on the ninja) or any large container or glass bottle, anything where you can dip your hair into. then put like 2-4 tablespoons of ACV, and top the rest of the container up with cold water. take your hair and dip it into the container and hold for like 30 secs-1 minute. then pour the rest of the water from your scalp and let it fall down behind you. you can do this in the shower after you finish washing your hair or you can do it separately. obviously the water in the container will be cold. anyway, then let it sit in your hair for like 3-4 minutes. then rinse out - ideally with cold water again! it will remove any residue, product, and pretty much anything from your hair. i do an acv rinse every time i wash my hair - keeps it shiny and squeaky clean. hope that helps :)
