Love the floor plan and how big the utility room is. Really like the stone on the fireplace and island and love the beams on the living room ceiling. Not crazy about the wall and trim color. I would prefer light gray walls with white trim.
I liked everything about this house, especially all the shelves in the living room and all the cabinets in the kitchen. I loved it because it has plenty of space to store our belongings. But I found the color of the walls very dark, I think a lighter color would make this house perfect!
this is a nice floor plan... I like this home.. I would change the flooring color and the wall color.. but all in all , it's a nice home.. The laundry room is great and there is actually a nice living room in this home .. And it's not shoved into the kitchen area.... Yep, nice home...
Yes, I love this home. I’m in the medical field so the back door is where I would come in. I can remove my scrubs from work and then head into my master bath. Man I can’t wait til we purchase a home.
Really like the floors in this home. I agree with you the walls are too dark but overall a beautiful home. Thanks for the videos and all the pricing info!
Oh I love you showed a mobile home that doesn't cost the price of my left arm to be sold to afford it. My mobile home was about 40k. Its a 2002 and its been renovated and I'm making more upgrades. I get a lot of ideas on here.
I usually do not comment, but this one is certainly one of the best I have seen! The only changes might be wall color, reconfiguring the utility room to include a pantry & coat closet & making the master closet just a bit deeper to be more of a functional walk-in, as I would rather trade a little bedroom space for a better closet! But all in all this was very super!
Tape and texture all the rooms. I really love this floor plan! Also, this house only has 2x4 construction , so by the time you pay for all the upgrades, it’s not going to be cheap anymore.
Wow, I didn't see that. I agree that would have to go for me too! I didn't think they still made those. I agree Chad, I would lighten things us and get ride of the dark brown trim. I hate seeing seams, so I would want to see it trimmed out like the master where the sheetrock is turned on its side, so that the seams are hidden. However, this home has some really nice features...love the kitchen, the big utility room with a ton of storage, and the feature wall and fireplace in the living room is very nice. With a few changes, this could be a very nice and affordable home for me!
I think I would enjoy living in this house. Not to big and not to small. Just right. 😁 I've watched some other people doing mobile home tours but you are the best. I really like your tours.
Love these homes you are showing. Such beautiful changes. I have a 2002 2300 sq ft mobile home I thought was beautiful when we bought it. These home are just stunning. Yes there are things I'd change but personal preference stuff.
Like the floor plan, generous closet space, and large utility room. I would change colors, have a/c vents in the ceiling. Delete the tub, add a vanity and shelving for bath linens.
By the time that you pay all of the necessary expenses of making a trailer house your permanent home,.... the cost is not that much less than a traditional house. But, what is definitely different is that the traditional house will typically appreciate over the years and trailer houses depreciate. An expense that is hard to justify.
Thats why so many now buy land outside of town to put in on, the land will skyrocket and make this place worth 100k more than a house in a neighborhood given ten years
I like this one because I like no sink in the kitchen island and the utility room big enough to put my long freezer in! I like light walls with white trim! Sorta a beige yellow walls! 💖💙💚💛💜💖💖💖💖
The videos are great . I did buy one . But it wasn't a shot gun home it came in a lot of sections . And I put it on a good foundation plus a real block wall with concrete smooth sides . My dealer when I called him he gave me price including set up So I had a basic price
Really, really like this one the only thing I would change is the vents from the floor to the ceiling and maybe the stone on the island not sure if I like it or not. It was very nice though!
I like this mobile home. I really like the turquoise range and dishwasher - adds a little bit of color to the kitchen. Love the gray tile and flooring. I would not want the dark brown cabinetry, but like the host said you can order other options. I like the dark brown wainscoting though.
Now this is a decent lookin' house for a fair decent price. I'd like to see the fireplace with a wood-burning option ... esp. after all the power outages of late. People with a wood-burning fireplace were able to keep some heat in the house. People w/o were not. from what I understand Hamilton is a solid homebuilder.
I really like this home. The only thing I would change is to add a separation wall between livingroom and kitchen. Dining area is beautiful, nice sized bedrooms and closets. Love the fireplace. Thanks for the tour.
This is beautiful chance. I love this home. I even love the decor. Nice and simple. No carpet. I’m in love. I love it as is. Beautiful beautiful B E A U tiful. I think the only thing I’d change is the exterior look of it. I’d love a porch.
This has been my favorite “cheaper” home. I would change the dark trim and the floor vents. The one in the kitchen needs moved. It’s directly in the middle of the floor. That will be a weak point where everyone walks. I have that in my house now.
Hey Hey!! there is my all wood floor in the house! Whew!!! that is what I am talking about, great home and gotta say the only draw bk is the shower..but great video my Friend!
Wow, the storage in this laundry room is nice and the sink in there. One can dream. I almost got a single wide 2bdrm. all redone to brand new but my friend backed out on loaning me the down. I am still trusting God to get me into where he wants me. Rent is just getting outrageous. I will go where I am supposed to be. But I hope to stay close to my kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids.
Just a little knowledge on repairing the place. Go to R.V. centers for some piping in case of leaks. Home depot and hardware stores don’t carry pipings. Been there, done that.
I actually liked this one better than most of them I have seen in y'alls videos...Cheap or not...It had more of what I would want in a mobile home (at least as far as for my first home anyway).
Tammy Haga Yes really the utility room could be split up a little more and given a coat closet and some storage space, otherwise I quite loved it also.
In the entry way, to fix the no closet, instead of having a table at the door, you could put in a cabinet/armoir. The cabinet/armoir could hold the coats, jackets, and shoes.
I think, the best bet, if you like this trailer buy it used from someone that's already set up in the trailer park that you like because the value depreciates. Amongst the trailer park communities throughout the US this is their high end dream home.
This is probably as best overall home for me and my family and now we have found out we can't have a mobile home on the property we have just bought near Laurel, Ms
Thanks for the tour. This was nice, but I’m not crazy about it . I better stop looking since what I like I can’t afford. You did a great job and your wife and son are treasures👍🏼👍🏼😍🥰
Would prefer the kitchen not opening into living & entry. Most people’s kitchens are heavy duty work areas not these pristine showcase that they start out new. Dining room & living together makes more sense & helps the flow when you have company diners & big family get togethers. Like the distress white cabinets.
The utility room can be an awesome mud room, if you get your feet dirty. It can also be a nice place to put groceries for sorting when you get home from shopping.
It is quite nice, except for the master bath. I would get rid of the tub and add another closet. So each person using the master bedroom would have their own. The fireplace is totally awesome. The flooring is low maintenance for me, I love that. The home is great, except the master bath. We never use a bathtub and always take a shower, so it is a waste. The other bathroom has a tub if we want to take a bath. As you getting old, getting in and out of a tub is a royal pain. Thanks again for the tour.
$90,000. Saves you all the time searching:)
thanks
Thanks 😊
Much appreciated
Thank you!!!
90k is not cheap 😆
I really like this one no wasted space even room for a freezer in the laundry room.
The stone on the fireplace and island matched - very stylish. I like it when the frig is surrounded by cabinets.
Thank you for showing something more reasonably priced!
Love the floor plan and how big the utility room is. Really like the stone on the fireplace and island and love the beams on the living room ceiling. Not crazy about the wall and trim color. I would prefer light gray walls with white trim.

@Magnum Opus perv
Please remove his comnent, gross.
I would love to have this as a holiday home in the country, it's perfect. Has everything you need to be comfortable and cosy.
I am loving all the cabinets in the kitchen and utility room.
This is my favorite so far! Love the fireplace brick surrounding, plus on the island, lots of cabinets, love kitchen sink!laundry room is 👍
Really like the floors in this home. I agree with you the walls are too dark but overall a beautiful home. Thanks for the videos and all the pricing info!
I can't believe how affordable this is !!!! AWESOME !!!
Nice😊Lots a cabinets, built in bookcases, stone fireplace and island kitchen big plus!

Another thought... I saw the popcorn ceiling in the master. Can't recall if this exists elsewhere too, but would definitely need to go.
Yeah, an extra chore to clean. Great to collect spider webs and dust.

They put it there to hide uneven celing
Nice home. ..good floor plan. ..awesome laundry room! Would update here and there and change some colors. .but other than that very nice. ..

Love the fire place
I love this one the most out of all the homes that I have seen. It's perfect.
Like the large utility room with so much storage!
Love the floor plan, good use of the space.
Beautiful home , I would not change anything (simply amazing)
What a beautiful, affordably priced home!!!! Love it!!!!
This house is down to earth
Casual but nice all In one
Love the floor plan.
You can make it either way... Love this one.. 200%😃🌼☀🌻🌞😀
Very nice I hope your days are full of sunshine .
$90,000 is not really cheap.
Roger Young I agree! I expected a cheaper price for a mobile home.
There's mobile homes like this for like 20k. Never go over 30k when buying a mobile home.
What for a house that size an New that’s cheap
For reals lol. I'll spend maybe $40.000 and that it
@@WW-fn7rt id LOVE to know where you actually found one this incredibly nice and brand new for anything under 75k 🙄🙄🙄
That shower with the built-in seating is a nice feature.
I love it, especially the stone look.
This house is down to earth

Like this home. The living room is nice and the white kitchen.
I love that teal green of the appliances in the kitchen
I LOVE THIS LAYOUT! that utility room is amazing!
Love the fireplace with bookshelves
I like this one because I like no sink in the kitchen island and the utility room big enough to put my long freezer in! I like light walls with white trim! Sorta a beige yellow walls! 💖💙💚💛💜💖💖💖💖

I dont like the wall board in mobile homes. I would like drywall
I agree about the dark brown, white or cream would be much better. Love the large laundry room.
Love the kitchen sink and countertop. Love the kitchen
Love the brick touches through the home and utility room is my favorite thing about this model.
I agree the paint color is too dark. All homes should have a coat closet.
Great home! The price is unbelievable.
Love the kitchen and utility room, those two areas are the most important rooms. 🤩🤩🤩
I like the kitchen sink in the color of the appliances
I love love love the utility room. Love this double-wide Perfect
I like this mobile home. I really like the turquoise range and dishwasher - adds a little bit of color to the kitchen. Love the gray tile and flooring. I would not want the dark brown cabinetry, but like the host said you can order other options. I like the dark brown wainscoting though.

😘 love the shelves on each side of fire place
Great video shoot. Thanks for posting.
I love it. That is exactly what I've been looking for. Amazing. From Ontario, Canada
I really like the cabinets in the master bathroom and the flooring(no carpeting) the dark trim doesn't bother me. The laundry room is the greatest
Beautiful house reasonably priced
I really like this home. The only thing I would change is to add a separation wall between livingroom and kitchen. Dining area is beautiful, nice sized bedrooms and closets. Love the fireplace. Thanks for the tour.

Love the utility room washer and dryer away from door love that you don't walk thru dinning room small basic but live the layout 10+
Vinyl not wood so if it gets damaged or worn in one area you would have to change a large area to look correct.
I would definitely change the floors and i'm glad to see a full stove instead of a cook top.
Love all the cabinets in kitchen
I'm in Love with this one..good layout..nice colors.
Not crazy about this one, I agree with you on the dark colors! But I still enjoy watching!
Not crazy about the blue trim but love the home thank you for showing this!!
The blue trim is plastic that protects stainless steel. You peel it off
Blue trim is just a protective plastic that is removed to show a beautiful stainless steel appliance.
The blue is plastic that protects the appliances, you simply peal it off. 😀

Love this beautiful Home an it's very, very reasonable 👍🏾👍🏾💯

Beautiful! I would change colors of the trim and flooring and upgrade the master shower! Love the closet sizes! 👍💜
I wouldn't change a thing. Beautiful
Love the home! But would love to see a coat closet or entryway with coat closet
Tammy Haga Yes really the utility room could be split up a little more and given a coat closet and some storage space, otherwise I quite loved it also.
That might be an upgrade
In the entry way, to fix the no closet, instead of having a table at the door, you could put in a cabinet/armoir. The cabinet/armoir could hold the coats, jackets, and shoes.
I love this home!
Different colors like she said all the changeable things you know but yeah beautiful.
I think, the best bet, if you like this trailer buy it used from someone that's already set up in the trailer park that you like because the value depreciates. Amongst the trailer park communities throughout the US this is their high end dream home.
It’s a nice home the price is awesome.
Love it . Very spacious.
Absolutely beautiful
Love it! Need freezer in utility room & bigger master closet & large master walk in shower.🙏😇✌💜
This is probably as best overall home for me and my family and now we have found out we can't have a mobile home on the property we have just bought near Laurel, Ms
Love the fireplace
I really like this one, even the color scheme.... The laundry room was an unexpected bonus. ❤️
I love this home.
I really like the layout of the master bath.
Love this one. Nice big laundry oom🙂
Love the utility room. in this house! I am like you, Chance.. I didn't care for all the dark wood either. But it was a nice home!
Ok , found my home !!!! Now have to find my land !!! 👍😁👏👏👏👏👏👏
I really like the cabinets going all the way to the ceiling. The closets are a nice size and the laundry utility room is great.
Beautiful home perfect 10😁🤯🤯🤯🤯
Thanks for the tour. This was nice, but I’m not crazy about it . I better stop looking since what I like I can’t afford. You did a great job and your wife and son are treasures👍🏼👍🏼😍🥰

Glad I found this video I was literally about to close on one of these next week the company told me it was 112k
Keep in mind prices increase over time especially with things going on right now!
I love this home I love how much room it has
The utility room can be an awesome mud room, if you get your feet dirty. It can also be a nice place to put groceries for sorting when you get home from shopping.
