TBS | Shiela Guo, Cassandra Ong remain under NBI custody

#TheBigStory | National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago revealed that Shiela Leal Guo, the sister of dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo, is a Chinese national.
Santiago said that fingerprints of Guo and Chinese national Zhang Mier matched based on their analysis.
