They always say can't go around getting married and don't know how to cook. Lol. Some of the comments below are so true. Specially as a female. LoL 😂 my family and friends use to say. And need to learn how to sew and clean and all that other stuff. 😂😎. Not every grand parents or great grandparents are around for ever to depend on lol😂😂😎. I am getting back to my culture craving food for sure.it's been a while. Marinade and djondjon rice with grio Haitian patties always been my fav. Taking a break from other types of cooking.for I combine all culture cooking. And Tuesday is always my taco Tuesday, the Mexican way. ##. Like you vedeo. I like to use it to remember where I am from. A break from being brain washed from other things. My neighborhood doesn't have no djondjon, no lamby, and none of some of the things you make in your vedeo. But they have everything else.which is cool.
I love marinad. But I don't make it often. Every time I make it , there's some weird aftertaste from eating it, and I don't know why, because it tastes really nasty (it's overpowering), so oftentimes , I would have to throw my marinad away, which sucks. I love your videos.

It's not a big deal, it just stays flat, sort of like mini pancakes. I didn't use to use baking powder or baking soda
