this is a cool experiment! how many times it can be done when using this kit? I guess it depends on quantity of ingredients included in the kit. thanks!
look up Iodine clock reaction and you'll get the full explanation, but basically after you mix the chemicals...make sure to give it a good quick stir with a popsicle stick or anything to mix it up well....that's how you get the really fast change...
"It never happened that fast" You haven't seen the alkali metals reactions then, have you??? Some of them can't even be in the air for a few seconds because they'll go pooof.
if you use it in lesser amounts, such as by doing it in shotglasses or small cups, there are enough materials in the kit to do it approximately 25 times
prof did this in our first chemical lecture the fun fact is, that the reaction ist oszillating so it switches between dark and bright after a short period of time AND the instant colourchange is very rare in chemistry
As a kid I would've just LOVED to have play kits like these, I would be a different person now if I had access to these learning tools as a kid, buuut instead I grew up in a poor ghetto apartment. Oh how I think of these things!
This kit comes with all the chemicals and instructions needed to easily do this many times...and you can find more info by just googling "iodine Clock Reaction"...you'll see it's not a camera trick...thx
i just did this lab in my chem class today and i have to say that it looked so fake, even for real life. watching it happen looks like a really bad editing trick but it was fun regardless and funny to watch
>.< people are really stupid... This is completely real, the iodine clock has been around for quite a while... It is a very simple reaction (however it is very complex in the actual science of it... Reaction to reaction to reaction) the change IS instantaneous (the slower speeds you may witness in other versions are caused by inaccurate measurements or poor choice of volumes and concentrations)
No, it is how it works, I even tried it at school, also check "Taras Kul" or the same dude on his main channel "Crazy Russian Hacker" he did that trick before, the reaction is instant, the reverse takes time.
I want to see that turn go black in super slowmotion with a high speed camera :D
Same!
yes, all the measurements and instructions comes with the kit.

We did this in my science class for one of our labs!! ITS SO COOL! haha :DD
1:01 when water acquires an N-word pass
are there any exact amount of measurements?
magicians magic finally revealed! Thanks to Incredible Science. >:)
Does this have anything with equilibrium to do?
i now know where my chemistry teacher shops.
I CAN FOIL HIM IN THE MIDDLE OF CLASS.
"you see class, i can do magic..."
"NO, NO HE CAN'T."
prof did this in our first chemical lecture

Based off your username I feel like you turned out ok nevertheless
With the right camera tricks, anything is possible >:)
u got it...plus a mix of some chemicals which comes in the kit
Whoa that was CRAZY!!!!!
THIS SONG!!! what´s the name of this song!!
Does it turn to black color instantly like in the video or you skip the waiting time before it turn to black?
it turns instantly
This kit comes with all the chemicals and instructions needed to easily do this many times...and you can find more info by just googling "iodine Clock Reaction"...you'll see it's not a camera trick...thx
If you watch the video in slowmotion, you will see the black rising up to make the whole think black
how many times can you do this? don't say many. thnx
That song puts the biggest smile on my face.

How safe is this?
That's cool! I want that!
Does anybody know what chemicals are being used in these reactions?
Alejandro Cruz
Right here he’s got four chemicals sodium iodide, citric acid, sodium sulfide, and stored solution
we find cool science projects and science toys to put on our website...link is above...so I guess just good searching :)
they must use this alot in disney movies "ILLBE TEH FAREST OF TEM ALL HA HA HA
*takes sip of the reaction* *cough cough cough* X.X
Okay I am mesmerized
it's an incredible chemical reaction
oh my god, That was awesome
Is this safe for human consumsion?
This is not fake . I saw it live
that is really amazing!
How is it that instant?! it's fucking crazy!
Holy ! I was surprised :D
thats pritty cool it ooked like magik honistly like *snap* black verry cool

Its reversible too😮💨❤️ dangg
Awesome!!
Favorite chem lab in high school
This is not a lie if you pause at 1:01 you can see the black comes from btm to top
Did this in chemistry lab :D
Dude that change actually scared me
i dont know y but this video makes me want a soda
The music in the background is so catchy
Yeah we did this last chemical labs :)
are you the owner of the incredible science
omfg. wat. ;a;
that's so cool !
It's not a camera trick, really, I did this at school last year. If you really don't believe it, look it up.
DID THIS REALLY HAPPEN O_o
5[]l\/l[3 Я4 yeah
Your vids = omg
white to black?
I remember when they did this at my church at VBS
It's not a camera trick...It's a chemical reaction
well that escalated quickly
My mother wondered why I listened to the same theme over and over again.
Because we are foool
1:00 - BAM, AFTER EFFECTS!
No, just joking
This stops seeming cool when you're doing a 5 month long research project into it, and you've seen the reaction hundreds of times -_-
And AWSOME!
SORCERY!!!!
may god's blessings and light be with you. amen!
Starch?
Wow water is guinea pig for every experiment
they skipped time, it as gradual like black to clear
mashallah
i can see some 1 making a water suit and doing this :P
1:01 wait what xD
For some reason i read "Pistol Clock Reaction kit"
wow
1:01 replay
Wow
Flatearthers will say this is photoshopped
thank you :) i know i am
I think this guy is a left hander
yes allah is the biggest
the greatest
Instant Leviathan...
dynamo in the bar
cool
lol who watching this in 2020
WHAT THE .. 1:00
Allah is the greatest
I blinked, what happened?
*black
u must be very scientifial mr.
replay the video, don't blink
It turned into Pepsi Next!
WHAT IN THE HELL 1:00 !
No way, I only watch for the song!
but.. this song is cool O_____O
what ? 1:00
How to make Cola :D
Video was pause and play on 1:02

That was a pointless demo
some type of witch craft going on here
O.M.G
I mean it looks fake but it's not
Meanwhile

You guys should make 99.1% PURE meth
