- This is 40 free official review questions and explanations for the CBP Officer Entrance Examination given by US Customs and Border Protection.
The Customs and Border Protection Officer Entrance Exam contains three sections of multiple choice questions:
The Logical Reasoning Test
The Arithmetic Reasoning Test
The Writing Skills Test
Not sure if this an effective way to study considering the fact that there is no lead-in. Questions on the CBP exam lead into the answers by mentioning "What CAN be validly concluded" or "What CANNOT be validly concluded?". Other than that, these are good study questions.
I agree
This is a great video but it lacks of the final instructions. For example what can be validly concluded questions and what can not be validly concluded questions so this creates confusion.
I was like WHAT???
The answer to Question #36 makes no sense... Answer D states, "All of the vehicles that did NOT contain bundles of marijuana were registered". But the explanation says that D states "All unregistered vehicles CONTAINED bundles of marijuana".
I think there was a typo because Answer C states exactly what they said Answer D states.
Are these questions the same as the actual real test?
yea we don't know anything of any register vehicle they could or couldn't not have
Question 36. states that answer C assumes that only unregistered vehicles contained marijuana. why cant we make that assumption if the passage clearly states it.
I thought the same thing.
When gonna drop ASE test again. Why remove it?. It really helpful. Please again...
2019 practice test question 3 has a different answer. Correct answer is D because it has “NOT” been exempted from investigation. The only one that doesn’t say anything about exempting emails. It says it’s a CANNOT VALIDLY CONCLUDE. Could be right or wrong but because of this I’m confused now :(
I agree, considering the fact there are no lead-ins this is a rather difficult way to find the answers.
Are these questions the same as the actual real test?
danilomaresias they are not the same questions
Well, the A is the correct question as she said, because of the lead in phrase
" from the information given above CANNOT be validly concluded that"
Otherwise B-C-D-E are correct answers
Is there a text version of this? It’s really difficult to watch this video
Are LSAT logical reasoning questions good practice. I have access to LSAt books?
Is this the best practice test out there?
Error -Question 30: doesn’t not ask for the response option that cannot validly concluded.
Dude this video leaves out the question its asking, for example questions 3 & 6. Gives u the multiple choices but doesn't tell u the question its asking why??
Are the questions on this video identical to the actual test ?
Feely
Not identical but same type.
If you get 90% right in the practice questions you'll get about the same in the real thing
Do anyone know are these questions are on the actual test?
No but similar
How many questions on the CBP exam for the math and logical reasoning? Also how many questions for the BPA for logical Reasoning? I have both exams at the end of this month.
Rolando Reyes did You pass?
@@danilomaresias I passed the Border Patrol exam thank God. I fail the CBP one tho.
@@Rol0123 Are these questions the same as the actual real test? and can I use a calculator? I am taking my test tomorrow.
@@Rol0123 Thats awesome man, congrats. This is my dream I wanna be part of the team.
Thx bro. Yes, this test prep does have similar questions. I honestly just studied the test guide you get when they send you to take the test. Are you going for customs or border patrol?
" Reason for wanting to be CPB " " ahhhh the money "
😄😄
What is the status now??
@@TTANK-nm6yn I kind of want to know too
Anyone watching actually make it?
What % you need to pass the exam?
70%
Can anyone who took the actual exam tell me how many questions total are in the exam? thank you
A lot like over 100 from what I remember and it was hard as hell... for me
For BPA you will have 31 logical reasoning questions.
For CBPO I think 84 total as follow:
- 22 logical reasonings
- 22 Arithmetics
- 40 writing skills
@@K54- did you pass?
THINK TANK No I didn’t😔. That math was hard to me and I just haven’t tried again.
@@K54- sorry to hear that.
Math is not that hard in my opinion. I took CBPO exam yesterday 9/11. The 22 math questions I got were just basic (I, personally love maths).
I also took BPA entrance exam a month ago which I passed though.
You can try with BPA since there is no math on that exam. And it's only 31 logical reasoning questions for 120 minutes.
Im going to fail this test lol
Same...
2/3 Fail the entrance exam lol
James B I took it once and I failed it I’m gonna take it again soon I can’t find anything that will help break it down for me.
Look up Sgt. Godoy. I passed because of him.
James B did you purchase the exam prep guide?
This video is confusing, unorganized, and poorly structured, it sucked.
Ima fail this shit don’t even got time to study for this crap
😂
