The rear wheel does, front wheel is sold sperate.

spark brand make after market pieces for their build and universal and they recently showed these alloy trays for fardriver and they will powder coat it if needed

I got it off of Alibaba, It's easy to find. I am actually going to be giving the Razor away. I will release a video when the build is done explaining.
