I think I would have ground the bottom of the swing arm axle mount as most of the forces will be against the top. Gravity still working as it should kinda dictates which surface the weight "rests" on.
Hey man, how did you get the far driver in-between the frame of the scooter where the ego controller used to be? I have one of the blue ones (supposedly smaller than the one you have) and yet I still can not get it in that exact spot. Did you shave off some of the aluminum on the far driver? Did you bend the frame so the far driver could just slide in using some big tool? I am genuinely having trouble here trying to get it to fit (my second far driver controller same problem both of which don't fit). These controllers are simply too wide...
I noticed the stock ego motor only has 3 wires and 1 plastic connector, but the new motor uses 3 wires and 2 plastic connectors. What did you do with the second plastic connector? Did you remove it entirely? Did you combine the two connectors into one, and if so how?
Can you do a 3000w amazon hub motor install on a chinese bike like the Engwe M20? Id love to see yhat because i love that bike but not the lack of power!

Definitely the extreme end of how this bike can be modded. BUT I think some plug and play options will be on the horizon soon! 👍

Yeah, thats a good point. Luckily we were able to get the slots grinded down evenly.
