As someone who grew up (high school class 79) in the seventies with KLOS in at least one ear, it feels so GREAT to hear The Warning on LAs biggest Rock station
Not only is it fun to hear The Warning interviews, but makes me happy to know that DJs, producers, etc get to meet & know DPA. You know the girls win over just about everybody and its always good to be known to the industry folks.
Wow, this interview is really cool. Good things just keep on happening for u beautiful rockstars. I love it. You ladies just keep on growing. You have been my favorite band for a year and a half and I am shure u will still be my favorite for years to come. ❤ ❤ ❤
I've been living in Arizona for 3 years and I miss KLOS. Thanks for sharing this amazing interview. The 3 sisters are brilliant and are a great interview. They are my favorite rock band at present.
Major change earlier this year was the firing of the midday DJ, Marci Wiser due to low ratings. Now they just play music for a few hours until Kevin and Sluggo come on.
@@sergioalvarez5949 Perhaps. I discovered them about a year ago which would make me late also but... BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. And, it takes time, especially the way the music business is structured today, for a musical artist to gain momentum.
13:01 Full Metal Jackie asks if Visharreal is correct. DPA say yes. I had to add this comment because I made a smart ass comment earlier that I removed. I offer this as my atonement for making a comment on a language that I do not speak. I will try to stick to English. This is my first and only language.
Actually, a Mexican band reached #1 in several countries with 'Nasty Sex' in 1970, but the Mexico government at the time was prejudiced against rock crowds as well as jealous/afraid of the appeal and sway rock bands held among young people. Within 2 years the band with a long and very Mexican name had left rock to perform romantic ballads.

@@Qwertqerry Geez, were we all in Los Angeles around the same time? And then KROQ and KNAC later on. I was horrified when KMET became "The Wave". Glad to see KLOS is still around.
I remember when the girls said they had made it because they were worth fake merch and now they're on International charts and doing well😂
Yes! What a moment that was.
They were truly exited and happy about it.
They loughed when a vendor offered the merch to them.
LOL...Indeed!!
Locura!!!
Thanks for posting this!
Keep an eye (ear?) on this band. They will be legend!
🤗💕
Greatness Awaits The Warning!!!
With The Warning you get 100% authenticity. They slay every stage the play on. It's glorious hard rock the way it should be.

As usual, Ale dominated the entire interview!!
Dang i haven't heard Full Metal Jackie in years, awesome.

I grew up listening to 95.5, KLOS. Truly legendary. Can’t wait to listen to this!
Same here and also KMET
@@SDsailor7 little bit of heaven 94.7, KMET, twiddle dee! Absolutely. I almost mentioned the Mighty Met. 😀
I still remember their TV ad featuring the beginning of "Mississippi Queen."

Jackie needs a lesson in Romance language vowel sounds and double L sounds... Good interview, though. These ladies do rock band PR right.
Awesome sitdown. The girls are stone cold killers.
The band to watch in 2024.
Seems like you are late to the party if you havent been paying attention to them over the last few years.

@@sergioalvarez5949 LOL I have been watching them since 2018 and I was late finding them.
Great band!! 🤘⚡️⚡️🤘
Gonna watch them Oct. 8😎🤘
The warning 👏👏👏
Jackie pronounced Qué más Quieres very well 👍 and the other spanish words not bad at all.
ViSHArreal sisters, Jackie sounding argentinian there.
I was thinking that
That made me cringe.
She can't pronounce their last name. Ugh!
She even asked the girls at the end if she was saying it right. They were too polite to tell her no 😆

"La Revolución de Emiliano Zapata"
True, just read about it in a short fb story few days ago...

@@hachikomedallas5256 Yep! Lead vocalist Óscar Rojas even sported a broad Zapata style mustache : - ) !
The wonder mexican trio .
KLOS 95.5 is a "BIG" radio station in L.A so it should give good exposure to the Warning's music 👍
yep
Muy buena entrevista GRACIAS 🎉🎉🎉
SWEDEN 🇸🇪 DENMARK 🇩🇰, NORWAY 🇳🇴, FINLAND 🇫🇮, SKANDINAVIEN IS LONGIN FOR YOU,PLEASE SHOW UPP 😂😂
Wow, I used to listen to KLOS ages ago. 😎
I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!! 💯🤘🤘🤘
Alright way to go Warning
Not done with the video yet, but all the segments with the band. Waiting for them to outro to one of their songs
More of the interview coming?
Pau doesn't like anybody else talking as she soon makes it about herself.
😂
The only time VILLARREAL (ll sounds like j in Spanish) was pronounced perfectly! bravo señorita Jackie! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⚡️🔥
Woooow👏👏👏👏
Wasn't she butchering "Villarreal?" And of course The Ladies were not going to correct her!!❤
Yes, that was my take….
ll is "j" in some places in Espanol.

The "Visureal" sisters? I have not realized their surname may be so difficult for Gringos 😂
I hope they are not too eager to be a stadium act. Probably not all it’s cracked up to be.
Howard Shonson 😂
This interview was today?
No, I listened to this some days or weeks ago on some other site after I googled them.

Pau dont let anyone talk. Poor Danny cant get a word in. Ale dont even try

Lets face it. Without outside writers they could never write a fun album with the dark mind of Pau being the catalyst for most of their songs. 😂
