Hi sis. Early morning regularly u take nuts. Its healthy. But one correction. Badam apdiye tholoda saapidakudaadhu. Night 3 or 4 normal water la ooravachitu morning thol remove pannitu saapdunga. Y means that badam outerlayer is injurious to health. That's all sis. Na dailyum ooravachithaan saapduven. Tc
