Then change water again for 30s. At the end of one minute,milk will cool down. Heat diffuses faster in water compared to air. U need not give as puree.. u can start giving smashed foods.. banana, Boiled apple, egg, boiled chicken, well smashed curd rice, well smashed dal rice, dosa (utapam type) with chutney but try to give big pieces.. as small pieces of food are chocking hazard for babies
