Yes, if only one is gifted it is fine as it will give the hive bonus and everything else can just be normal bees

you aren't supposed to choose colors at that level, the video says "for people that are around a level 12 hive"

you will need to be mixed hive or just get 1 gifted of each bee to get SSA
